BPTP Villas Demand

Some forum member sent me a private message which I am posting here. I request members to post on forum rather than sending private messages. Forum is meant to openly share views among members especially among members of same society. Requesting our BPTP buyers to respond

I have recently joined myfaridabad forum. I have purchased a villa in BPTP
Parkland project. The builder has now afgter raising EDC demand of Rs.
3.32 lacs, has raised further demand of Rs.11.98 lacs mainly on account of
increased super built up area, increased IDC (installation of Electric Sub
Station and STP) and payment of maintenance charges (for a unit which has
not yet been allotted). BPTP will be charging late payment charges @ 15%
on delayed payments and the time given for making payment is hardly 15
days. Visits to BPTp and speaking to customer care executives is of no
help.

Shall be happy if you kindly advise what course of action one can take and
if at al one has to make the payment what should be language of the letter,

You should write to DGTCP Haryana and DTP Faridabad.

There is NO point writing to DGTCP/DTP. File RTIs to gather certified information related to project licence and then please approach Consumer Forum/SFIO (Serious Fraud Investigation Office) BPTP case is already going there for another project/Economic Offence Wing etc. for redressal

Can we directly write to SIFO, I understand from their web site that they do not entertain the complaint dorectly sent by Public.

I talked to sifo team, they update me that sifo asked to hold investigation. it got stayed. They are saying trying hard to get stay vacated. they asking complaints from individual to be mailed to inf.sfio@nic.in with contact details. But it may be important file independent case. Because SIFO and state can be managed by builders. we may ask our group add as petitioners in this case.

I have booked a villa with bptp. on the demand for increased area i questioned them to show the modified specification.
They said they are not handy with it ,will provide later. I shooted a mail tcp , haryana hq asking to share status occupation certificate and villa specifications approved. no reply from tcp , then send a remainder.
you know tcp and bptp are linked in a way.

BPTP sent an explanation that built up area is same but super area is increased and this would be tentative till possession.
