Electrical substation charges

Dear All,

I got my plot in W block registered (conveyance deed) on 6th march. not yet received it from BPTP. but recently received a letter saying that HUDA has intimated them that HUDA will make the substation. hence there will be refund on this account, but they keep on writing about the expenses to be incurred in transformers,cable laying, meter boxes.. etc there is a complete list. so we should not expect full refund, but a small portion of it. Also, what would happen to the interest charged by BPTP on this head, is a mystery.

Also, is anyone aware if the sewer lines are fully connected yet? I was told by the site incharge while taking possession (in 2010) that sewerage system is not functional. any inputs?
