dear core team
we are not impressed by such gimmicks by a cheat (BPTP) ,who has taken much more money than due in the EDC/IDC at the time of booking of plotes and is still trying hard to suck as much money as he can by fraudlant practices.

Mr. Rajan, He is an active member of forum and going by posts he had contributed in the past, we don't have any reason to doubt his credentials. (Moderator)

But, I belive this marketing is done by BPTP, the cheat on internet. Please see URL itself i.e http://gurgaonscoop.posterous.com which itself speaks of cheating. When the news in for Faridabad, then why it is appearing in Gurgaon portal. Reason is simple - BPTP is now focussing on housing projects in Gurgaon

EWS category mee 50 % people are like us the difference is that we pay all taxes and they not .I am not a Property dealer i am only a investor thanks.

Allotment of EWS as rightly pointed out by Mr. Sunil is necessary as per terms and conditions of licence and also gives free publicity to any Builder.

This is called getting publicity for the work which you is necessary to be done as per law.

Like you pay income tax and then claim publicity for it.
