Transfer of name of Apartment under construction

Hi All,

I have got a question regarding transfer of name on my RPS 3BR flat under SAVANA project.
I would like to transfer the property to my mom's name, I had bought the property under joint name of me and my mom, but now i want to transfer to my mom solely. I contacted RPS, and they have asked me to return all the payment slips, fill in an affidavit on Rs. 10 stamp paper that i have sold the property to my mom etc, but i find that fishy as i will still be the financier just the name needs to be transferred. Since the property is yet not given to us, any idea whether RPS is telling the truth? I am only concerned as my mom is here in UK for now and so i will like to get all this done here before she goes.
Just worried that RPS is causing un-necessary problems.

Please let me know what is the right procedure and do u think RPS is being sensible or correct by asking the above?

If BBA(Builder buyer agreement) done then what RPS saying that is right but if not done then they are creating problem. I thing BBA signing is already done. Again if you have taken home loan for the same then you have to close the loan and you have to take a fresh loan.
