As per Letter from Penalties for different violations by the builders:

(As per letter of Shri T.C. Gupta, Special Secretary, Town & Country Planning letter dated 14.6.2012).
1. Violation: Transfer/ issue of advt. for transfer of Plots without obtaining licence.
Penalty: From Rs. 50 per Sqm to 200 per Sqm depending upon the area.

2. Violation: Not initiating the layout of the colony and development works in three months period from the grant of licence.
Penalty: Rs. 10/- per Sqm per quarter.

3. Violation - Transfer/ issue of advt. for transfer of Plots without obtaining licence.
Penalty: Rs. 10,000 per quarter.

4. Violation - Delay in submission of copy of advertisement.
Penalty: Rs. 1 lac per annum for each delayed statement.

5.Vliolation - Delay of submission of accounts details.
Penalty: Rs. 10,000 per month.
6. Violation - Delay in submission of monthly statement in form AC.
Penalty: Rs. 1,000/- per annum for each delayed statement.
