hope that the prices of the land will appreciate soon as most builders r giving possession in coming months..prices are also not that high for example price of 150 sq yd villa is approximately 65 lakh which is quite cheap in comparison to other faridabad sectors..actual value should be approx 90 lakh for 150 sq yd villa..

Hi All: Just wanted to check if you are paying Enhanced EDC of (2400-1024)=1376 per sq yard EDC to BPTP. If yes, is this reduced EDC amount after the notice issued by DTCP in March,12?

Any info. will be very helpful.

BPTP Villa

BPTP is charging enhanced EDC. Can some one suggest if bank loans are available for Villa.

Yes PNB HOUSING FINANCE SECTOR 18 NOIDA IS financing villa in Sector 88, Faridabad.

BPTP has already collected Enhanced IDC charges. I heard that they are also demanding STP & Electrification Charge. This is not mentioned in their agreement. Can some one suggest to whome should we write. Is it a justified demand?

Can some one suggest when will BPTP get Occupance Certificate for Villa?

BPTP is not answering to our call despite writing several time to them.

I have written the DTCP and DGTCP regarding the information on OC of villa. DTP sent a reply with a direction to BPTP to furnish the information. All villa owners can write to similar letter.
