These rates are not reliable and when we visit the Market there is huge difference in prices. Moreover this is just a publicity by these builder .

They do not do real ground level research before publishing these colourful charts.

Yes, prices of some projects look unreliable. Like for RPS Savana, property research firms have 2 different current rates 2600 and 3275 given in this projects tracker. But, other data seem to be realistic
