Kheri Road, lifeline for Piyush Heights, RPS Savana, Ferrous etc. does not have bright future, it seems

Below is final set of RTI Replies for Kheri Road from Executive Engineer, Provincial Division, PWD B & R Br., Faridabad. Replies are the same as previously:

1. At present, there is no any plan for widening of Kheri Road and for the maintenance of road and patch work, programme is in progress
2. There is no plan for widening of kheri road
3. Notice for illegal and unauthorized construction has been issued by D.T.P. (Enforcement), Faridabad
4. As there is no any plan for widening of kheri road, therefore, there is no fixed date.

Strangely received yet another RTI reply for kheri road this time from D.T.P. (Enforcement), Faridabad. Now, blame game has begun between Exec Engineer and D.T.P (Enforcement).

D.T.P. (Enforcement) says

- Notices have NOT been issued to illegal and unauthorized constructions on kheri road. It is the responsibility of Exec Engineer (Provincial division)

I read on some website regarding widening of Kheri Road has begun, does anyone has some information on this to share.....!

Y'day i was on that road and found same road filled with water logged gaddhas. I don't think widening of kheri road is possible.

I saw, there was some road repairing was going on in the village by putting square stones. So we can say, its not widening but only repairing work.

As is clear from RTI reply, there is NO plan to widen existing Kheri Road. Kheri road does NOT come in master and sector roads being planned for Greater Faridabad. Even Kheri Bridge is likely to be decommissioned when new bridges come into existence as per GFWA conversations with Executive Engineer, HUDA

God Forbid that section of Neherpar. Kheri road and its bridge remind me of Ghetos in any suburb. It is like tall buildings between Ghetos. That is why future of nehrpar is near BPTP brige and to its Right side , It is worth investing in these area rather to live between Ghetos.

I disagree with Naveen. Master plan for development of Sectors 75 to 89 (Greater Faridabad) is uniform and there will be no distinction. There will be a dedicated connectivity for housing societies on Kheri road via new outer bridge and planned 75 metres master road. Kheri road boasts of biggest group housing society in Greater Faridabad.

नहर पार डिवेलप हो रहे ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद और फरीदाबाद के बीच बेहतर कनेक्टिविटी की कवायद रंग ला रही है। आगरा और गुड़गांव नहर पर बनने वाले 4 पुलों के डिजाइन और एस्टीमेट तैयार करने के लिए यूपी सिंचाई विभाग ने हूडा से 50 लाख रुपये की मांग की है। हूडा जल्द ही यह रकम दे देगा, ताकि पुलों के निर्माण की प्रक्रिया में तेजी आ सके।

ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद मंे 7,500 एकड़ में हूडा अपने 15 सेक्टर और लगभग एक दर्जन बिल्डर हाउसिंग प्रोजेक्ट डिवेलप कर रहे हैं। भविष्य में होने वाली दिक्कत को ध्यान में रखते हुए हूडा फरीदाबाद की तरफ से बाईपास रोड पर मिलने वाली सभी डिवाइडिंग रोड के सामने आगरा और गुड़गांव नहर पर पुल बनाने की प्लानिंग कर रहा है, जो ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद में मास्टर रोड के साथ जाकर मिलेंगे। आगरा नहर पर यूपी सिंचाई विभाग का और गुड़गांव नहर पर हरियाणा सिंचाई विभाग का अधिकार है। इसलिए दोनों नहर पर पुल बनाने का काम ये दोनों विभाग की करेंगे। पुलों में आने वाली लागत का भुगतान हूडा को करना है। हाल ही मंे हूडा ने पुलों की लोकेशन का सर्वे कर 3 पुलों की ड्रॉइंग यूपी और हरियाणा सिंचाई विभाग को भेजकर लागत और डिजाइन तैयार करने की बात कही थी। एक पुल के लिए पहले ही दोनों विभागों को पास ड्रॉइंग भेजी जा चुकी है। इन चारों पुलों की ड्रॉइंग के हिसाब से एस्टीमेट और डिजाइन तैयार करने के लिए यूपी सिंचाई विभाग ने हूडा से 50 लाख रुपये की मांग की है। सेक्टर 74-75 को सेक्टर डिवाइडिंग रोड पर बनने वाले पुल के लिए हरियाणा सिंचाई विभाग पहले ही हूडा से 5 लाख रुपये ले चुका है।

वर्जन

चारों पुलों का एस्टीमेट और डिजाइन तैयार करने के लिए यूपी सिंचाई विभाग ने 50 लाख रुपये मांगे हैं। जल्द ही उन्हें यह रकम दे दी जाएगी, ताकि निर्माण पर आने वाले खर्च का ब्यौरा मिल सके। इसके बाद एस्टीमेट को मंजूरी के लिए भेजा जाएगा, जिससे की काम जल्द शुरू हो सके।

1. ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद के सेक्टर -87 की आउटर रोड के सामने से फरीदाबाद के सेक्टर -18/29 की डिवाइडिंग रोड पर आकर मिलने वाले पुल

2. ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद के सेक्टर -87/86 की डिवाइडिंग रोड से फरीदाबाद के सेक्टर -17/18 की डिवाइडिंग रोड पर बनने वाला पुल

3. ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद के सेक्टर -86/81 की डिवाइडिंग रोड से फरीदाबाद के सेक्टर -14/17 की डिवाइडिंग रोड को जोड़ने वाले पुल

4. फरीदाबाद के सेक्टर -3/8 की डिवाइडिंग रोड से ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद के सेक्टर -74/75 की डिवाइडिंग रोड को जोड़ने वाला प ुल
