'मास्टर रोड की बाधाएं जल्द दूरी की जाए'

एनबीटी न्यूज ॥ फरीदाबाद : ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद में डिवेलप हो रहे मास्टर रोड के निर्माण कार्य और इसके रास्ते में आने वाली बाधाओं को लेकर हूडा प्रशासक एन.के. सोलंकी ने गुरुवार शाम को हूडा अधिकारियों के साथ मौके का जायजा लिया। उन्होंने इस काम से संबंधित सभी समस्याओं का समाधान जल्द करने का निर्देश संबंधित अधिकारियों को दिया।

सोलंकी ने बताया कि मास्टर रोड का काम तेजी से पूरा करना है, इसलिए जरूरी है कि इस प्रोजेक्ट में किसी तरह की बाधा न पहुंचे। मौके पर उन्होंने पाया कि रोड के रास्ते में कई जगहों पर कुछ स्ट्रक्चर, पेड़ और अन्य चीजें आ रही हैं। उन्होंने इन बाधाओं का समाधान जल्द करने का निर्देश दिया। उन्होंने बताया कि मास्टर रोड के रास्ते में जिन लोगों के खेत आए हैं और उनमें पेड़ खड़े हैं तो लोग उनका मुआवजा ले सकते हैं। रास्ते में खड़े सरकारी पेड़ों को काटने की मंजूरी भी जल्द ही मिल जाएगी।


वाईएमसीए तक मेट्रो के लिए हुई मीटिंग

एनबीटी न्यूज ॥ फरीदाबाद : बदरपुर से वाईएमसीए तक मेट्रो लाइन के विस्तार के लिए चल रहे काम को लेकर हूडा प्रशासक एन. के. सोलंकी ने शुक्रवार को मेट्रो अधिकारियों के साथ समीक्षा मीटिंग की। इस दौरान डीएमआरसी को मेट्रो निर्माण में आ रही दिक्कतों पर चर्चा कर उन्हें दूर करने के उपायों पर भी चर्चा की गई। सोलंकी ने बताया कि शुक्रवार को हुई मीटिंग के दौरान मेट्रो अलाइनमेंट के रास्ते में आने वाली सीवर, पानी, टेलिफोन और बिजली के तारों को हटाने के बारे में चर्चा की गई। उन्होंने बताया कि फरीदाबाद में मेट्रो का काम काफी तेजी से चल रहा है और इसके निर्माण में किसी भी प्रकार की दिक्कत नहीं आने दी जाएगी।

Yesterday I visited the neharpar area and was pleasantly surprised to see the progress on the master road in good speed especially in phase 3. I have never seen so many Dumpers, the Road Levellers, Bulldozers, Excavators, Tractors working in that area till date. The master road work in this phase is catching speed now at last !

Which is Phase 3 ? Please explain..

When you enter from BPTP gate in sector-75 and go straight till sector 77 and the connecting sectors 78 and 79 on the left. This area is broadly defined as phase 3. The exact markings can be had from some HUDA website. This has been the starting block for the first contract of 31 kms of master road.

Yes good progress on road work on the eastern side of KLJ greens and BPTP Resort. In fact there is good progress on the roadwork in the whole area of phase 3. Of course there are structures and HT Electric Towers coming in between roads at some places.Lets hope the concerned authorities act fast in relocating these asap.

Its good to hear that master Road development work is progressing at a good speed do know what really govt had planned for Kheri Road as we can see there is huge traffic Jam during Morning and Evening and by the time people will start living in sec 88 and 89 its gonna be mess on the Kheri Road all the time. I just hope if they have something in their bucket for Kheir Road, If anyone has some information on this please share....!

I once again repeat that Kheri road is NOT a part of master or sector roads planned for Greater Faridabad sectors 75 to 89. Kheri road is a village road which is NOT planned to be widened.

So that means there will be no connectivity to Piyush Heights from Kheri Road ? Will it be through BPTP bridge ?

Connectivity to Piyush Hts would be from Outer periphery road of 75mtrs.
There is no direct master road connecting to Piyush and RPS projects.

From master Road there would be 24mtr road which will connect to Piyush and RPS projects.
(This 24mtr Road will be made by Builder, and if you see from Sec-88 there is some work already started on this)

Sect 88/89 dividing road work would start may be in a month or two..as this is extension of Sector dividing road of 84-85 and 82-83, where work already started.

It can't be possible that all roads work will start at same time and every project will be connected.

There is duration of 18 months and that too for 31KM. Also many patches are still not cleared by Govt. and possession not taken from Farmers.

So, pls wait for some time, all projects will be connected to Master roads or on 24mtr roads.

Hi Friends,

I come to know and even had discussion with XEN HUDA (Div-3) that he has been transferred from Faridabad to Sonipat with immediate effect.

This is really shocking news as whoever is working good and started taking some action for the development of Gr. FBD area is being transferred to some other location by this Govt.

This is clearly shows the step behavior of Haryana Govt. towards Faridabad and specially to Gr. FBD area.

Earlier, Mr Ajit Balaji Joshi (Ex HUDA Adm'tor) was very active and he personally was taking interest in the development of Gr. FBD area, but within 2 months of his posting he got transferred.
After that Ms. Amneet P Kumar, who was also taking Gr. FBD development on top priority and got transferred.
Now it’s turn of XEN HUDA....

I know XEN HUDA personally and if you remember I had posted my meeting outcome details with him on 5th May'12.

As a person he was very cooperative and even I was getting information on phone.

After my discussion with him on 5th May and when I told him about the requirement of Bridges over Agra canal, he has taken steps to make Bridges over Agra Canal to make connectivity of new Sectors to rest of FBD and sent drawings and approval to UP and Haryana irrigation Dept.

His Transfer will slow down the process of development in Gr. FBD area and even after Budget approval of Master water Supply and Strom water, there is no process of DNIT and Tendering started.

Really this is very serious issue and un-focused approach towards gr. FBD area by Haryana Govt.

Shocking news once again. Whosoever tries to work good for Greater Faridabad is transferred. The momentum suffers and the delay occurs. What could be reasons for so quick transfers ? Who in government is against development in Greater Faridabad ?
