Car Parking cannot be sold: Supreme Court Order

Dear Members,

Pl find attached an article on Supreme Court Order verdict/ruling in 2010. You can google too for the same. Acc to the judgement "The stilt car parking spaces is part of the common amenities and it cannot be treated to be a separate premises/garage which could be sold by the developer to any of the members of the society or an outsider".
My question is what happens to buyers who have been forced to pay for the same at the time of reg. as most of us booked flats at Neharpar in 2006-7?
