Dear Kaustubh,

Thanks for sharing the visible latest update about the project. I have unit in tower C2 and tt appraers that things are moving and taking shape, but still I feel it will take another 2-3 months for offer of possetion.

I think, whenever we are visiting to site, we should also take some photos about the progress and status of the site, should be uploaded under the community link also. This will help others of the community, who are far away and not able to visit project site to get the update about the progress.

Dear Anurag,

Certainly it will take at least 2-3 months before they start giving possession. We should closely follow the developments on site and continue our dialogue with Umang management to complete the construction at the earliest. We should also follow the external development issues with HUDA in coordination with our builder. Can we explore possibility of builder and us (consumers) come together to have discussions with HUDA to expedite work. I understand this has pros and cons. However let's discuss in this forum and if consensus are there then we can follow that route.

I fully agree with your idea and suggestions. Let's others from the Jade Forum should come and we can plan a visit to Umanag Officials and together meeting may be organised with HUDA and Govt. Officials.

Request to all from Jade Forum, please give your opinion and plan a visit to builder as well as government.

My list of issues:
1) Possession
2) Sector road status in front (86-87 dividing road)
3) 2 level parking, which seems to have disappeared
4) Quality of material - I am not sure but Its not best in the market

Pls. advise, I have serious concerns about the road (connectivity)... anyone has idea, the narrow road behind is a village road or temprary road taken by society only?

No need to worry, all roads will be cleared soon as Govt. already increased the compensation to Farmers.
Also, some part of that Blue marking ( Sec 86-87) dividing Starting point is already cleared.

And work on 30 Meter road which will connect Summer Palms from back side is already started.

Pls wait for some time, it will take some more time to clear all issues as development work is just started in those sectors.

So, not only Summer Palms all project of Gr. FBD area will be connected to master roads by end of next year.

Hi Manoj,

Due to some busy schedule, I'm not able to get updates on the current status of Jade.
But as far as I know, Road from back side of Project is going in good pace and even within the campus, they have done good work.

- Club, Swimming pool Completed.
- Central Park Completed.
- D1, D2 Towers- White wash was going on (and Lifts were also under installation)

I think Umang's Mgt read your mind and thats why they changed their project name from Jade to Summer Palms..
( just on Lighter Side).

Now to the possession issue, they commited that by end of June'12 they will hand over Two towers, but I think again it is just a talk.


I'm proposing one meeting with Umang's Mgt on 30th June'12 ( Sat).
If all members are comfortable, then we can seek proper appointment with them and can discuss our issues.

Lets get some ideas from our Jade's home buyers.
