Increment of various charges by SRS For Pearl Independent Floors

FAR : 1.75
1 ACRE = 43560 SQFT
TOTAL SALABLE AREA = 1.75x43560 = 76230 SQFT
SRS DC RATE = 284 L/ACRE
DC = 284x100000/76230 = 373

but they are asking for EDC to all Four floors. Where is that caculation. Is SRS total saleable area 76230SQFT includes that?
I don't think so.
Logical reason: if total saleable area is 76230, it means there are only 76 flats of 1000SQLFT area which is not the case.

Salable area 76230 Sq Ft actually salable area per acre. That means total salable area = 76230x19.018=1449742.14 sq ft.

FAR is not super area. It is carpet area which excludes even balcony too. But SRS is calculating rate for per sql ft on the basis of FAR and multiplying it with Super area. here is the fraud.
