TCP instructs all new licensors in Haryana to share EDC calcs

As result of GFWA continous efforts, Department of Town and Country planning has instructed all new licensors in Haryana to share in writing EDC calculations with buyers. This was informed by DTP (HQ), Chandigarh. Catch here is that department will not verify these EDC caclulations. But, RTI act and written EDC calculations given by builder will clearly expose differences if any.

Hi Dheeraj,

I have a flat in Ansal Crown Height Sec-80, Fbd. This builder is not providing calculation of EDC. Is there any way to determine sale able area so that we can do our calculation to come correct figure of EDC/IDC for Ansal Crown Height, Sec-80, FBD.

Hi Dheeraj,
As per communication from you,DTCP-CHD has instructed new licensors in HARYANA to share EDC calculations with buyers.
Can the same thing apply to builders who got that lincenses in 2006-2007 ?
Is there any written communication of DTCP-CHD orders to new LICENSORS for sharing the EDC calculation to buyers.

@Mr. Rohit Mattoo, as I had mentioned, sharing of EDC calculations is only for new licensors and that will be included in written agreement between DGTCP and colonizer.

What reference should we quote to the builder for refund of the EDC

Please give the letter no/ dated
