Hi Friends,
One of the prospective owners had a call with ShivSai Okhla office staff and here are the key points.
- They had filed for the OC in August 2011, though their license had expired on 20-04-2011 and this continues to be the issue till date. They are fooling customers with the non sense for almost two years now. Another issue cited for the delay is enhanced EDC nonpayment by customers.
- Now OC is expected to come by Sep end. Please note that this OC is expected for towers 1-6.
- For rest of the towers, it would take additional 2 months time. End result - no possession for T7 - T12 at least this year. No logic though for this utter non sense as Mr. Sandeep Gupta had been maintaining that possession certificate has been filed for all the towers together and will be obtained in one lot.
Shameless Shivsai management seems to be least bothered about their ever sinking market reputation as they have already pocketed enough of helpless customers. It further looks to be a challenge to deal with Shivsai for another year after the possession. They could go any level for sake of money. If average rent paid by owners is 15K per month. Then everyone has already lost atleast 3.6 lacs due to this delay and still no positive news seen in near future. Not to take account of the interest component and a possible circle rate hike.
