ERA Divine Court construction status and updates, possession, resale prices discussion

I have received enhanced EDC payment letter from ERA group. I just wanted to check if any of you have also received the same demand for Era Divine Court High Rise ....

I think in all Builder buyer agreements the builder has sold the open or covered parking to the costumers, this is completely ILLEGAL ,even if you buy this from the builder than too you dont have the right over the parking slot given to you.

Hence please check this clause in your agreement and write a email/Registered post to the builder to remove this clause from the BBA. If the builder refuses to do so send a legal notice and if he refuses than consumer court will give speedy relief,because the supreme court has given a clear cut order against selling any parking space in 2012.

Since many of us have signed such BBA hence we should get together and file legal notices simultaneously.

It is very important for us to get together and fight this issue

Era had refused to share the calculation of enhanced EDC. Received following response to my complaint against Era Landmarks on this issue from DTP, Faridabad -

It is informed that your representations received through email has been examined in this office and it has been observed that this is a matter/dispute between the purchaser and the colonizer. As per the Judgment dated 19-11-2010 of Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in Civil appeal no. 550 of 2003, DLF Universal Limited & others V/s Director Town & Country Planning, Haryana & others, this Department is not authorized to interfere between the purchaser and the colonizer. If you have any dispute with the colonizer, you can approach to the Police Department or to the competent court.

The DTP reply is not in good taste. Can anyone ask the DTP as to what are the roles assigned to the DTP ?

DTP /HUDA will never fight for us in a case that relates with the dispute between builder and buyer The forum for this is the consumer Court/Civil court.
In fact we have to fight with DTP/HUDA to speed up the development work in Neharpar i.e. road water electricity and sewerage.This is their issue.
To get information about amount (Total) EEDC that has been demanded by DTP from Era, that can be obtained via RTI but DTP will not provide the calculation.

If Town and Country Planning officials so much follow Supreme Court judgments, then why can't they stop open and stilt parking selling by all builders across Haryana. That was also a Supreme Court judgment. It seems to be a case of out of context selective quoting of Supreme Court judgment to avoid taking action against builders

DTP is hand in glove with builders as decision makers in DTP may be geting monthly pay from these builders, this is the main issue that DTP is teaching us supreme court judgment. This is quite evident from the following link

The real culprit is DTP and other Govt Controlling agencies. Why not to stage a march against DTP and highlight its wrongdoings ?
