luxury : 5250

As per resale market :
classic : ~ 3700
luxury : ~ 4200

These were the rates 2 weeks back and before OC ...

I would like to sell my flat. I am getting an offer of 4200 rs for classic apartment. Pls anyone suggest me...is it a wise decision to sale it now or I should wait for possession ?

i think you must wait if you can. the property dealers and financiers have become active again in Neharpar. Expecting good appreciation by Diwali.
If you can wait till Diwali then you may get a better price.

Final demand letter from puri

Total demand : 7.5 lakh (to be paid in 1 month)

out of which ~5.25 lakh can be justified (5% BSP, registration, stamp duty, maintance for 1 yr, service tax etc )

but... rest is all crap (labour cess, increase in steel prices, bulk supply of electricity charges etc & service tax of 12% on these ...)

they did not increase the area and i am not very disappointed

Hello All,
We have also received the Offer of Possession Yesterday. But the excitement got despaired within few minutes as we saw the Statement of account. The statement of account was too much inflated.
Puri’s have demanded extra changes against some of the heads which not only we have head first time but today when I visited my Bank the Bank manager also was surprised to see those heads having got place in the final demand letter.
Some of these heads are “Labour Cess”, “Escalation Due to Steel”, “Bulk Supply of Electricity”, “Registration Charges” and Admin Changes etc.
According to my Bank Manager none of the other builders in Greater Faridabad have ever asked for such kind of changes.
We may have to once again come together to take this up with the Builder.
