Current Rates in Savana

Hi,

Looks like RPS has given my contact details to the property dealers. I keep on getting calls to sell my flat in T-12.

Current rates they are offering is 2550 for 3BHK and 2800 for 2/2+1 BHK.

RPS Savana is going to become the next hot property destination in Neharpar. The rates have been revised to Rs 3100/- psf and the dealers are chasing RPS deals. This project is seeing the sharp rally in prices and further moving up.

I tried opening the RPS website but it says rates revised and will be updated soon.

Hello Madhusudhan,

Please open the RPS Savana Official website and go to the Payment Plan and you will get the rates. The rates of Ground Floor has been revised to Rs 3300/- psf. Between 4-14th floor the rate is Rs 3100/- psf.

RPS resale market is extremely hot now. 2 BHK in possession towers is at Rs 2900/- psf. Expected to rise with more pace now as the Diwali season buying has started.

Current resale price is between 3000-3200 per Sq feet as on date
but the current new upcoming projects are starts from 3400 per sq feet from Oct 2012
If you are already hold the flat want to sell then wait for another six month Rate should be 4000 Sq feet ( once the road connectivity will be completed and at least 100 people should moved in any society or that society)
After Dewali resale price should be between 3800 - 4000 per Sq feet for any project ( Shivsai, Omaxe, Pranaym, etc... )
you will get the good price.

yes I agree with Ajay Ji. RPS Savana is going to become the next hot destination in Neharpar after Puri. No one should sell it right now. Wait till Diwali to see the good jump in prices.

the best thing going in favour of RPS Savana is its good layout and nearest to Delhi when the road networks will be ready. This is one of the oldest project of Neharpar which should have been delivered three years back. The coming possession status has made the project a good oppurtunity.

A client has purchased a 2750/sft-booking for 3200/sft. He paid more because there was nothing available. The correct rate would be between 3000 and 3100/sft.
