Postby s1joshi » Tue Oct 09, 2012 11:13 pm

Dear All

In line of current news of politician - corporate nexus surrounding real estate in NCR region and documentary evidences on role played by Robert Vadra in various real estate companies in Haryana, IAC team is looking for proofs on links up with BPTP and Indiabull

Through Final War against Corruption facebook page,
http://www.facebook.com/FinalWarAgainst ... 9877334572

We have heard that there is a company called BPTP and another called IndiaBulls. It is said that in these companies money of many powerful people has been invested. If anyone in this country has any evidence against these companies then please send it to us," Arvind Kejriwal.

We the home buyers from Neharpar can play a vital role here, It is an opportunity for all of us to assist these activists with vital information.

We all know that BPTP has been a dominant player in Faridabad, and is topper for setting unfair practices in region

Several of us have heard stories on Robert Vadra association with BPTP, he was deemed as a silent player for various projects undertaken by private player BPTP for developing residential apartments/plots/colonies in over 1500 acres of land in Faridabad, NCR. The news were strong enough that TOI put in a story on legal notice issued by vadra to BPTP execs in 2006.

While suffering from respective builders over last 5-7 years, you might have come across some information, which can help IAC team to expose corruption, Its time to share your voice/inputs with the people who can help raise issue and get these action-ed.

These proofs can be in line of any documents highlighting frauds, or link ups between corporate and politician, or evidences/statistics highlighting favors done by Haryana govt for license allocation, evidences of land sale at lower than market price, any corporate deals which are suspicious, or any other information you think could be useful.

You can share these directly at the Final War Against Corruption page, or reply to this thread, or mail it across to wc@gfwa.in, We will compile and share with team

Friends lets rise up and share our voices, before it gets late.

URGENT: Kejriwal wants proof against BPTP, plz come forward

Postby s1joshi » Wed Oct 10, 2012 10:29 am

Frnds think hard, put in a little more efforts, Use your knowledge on subject matter... There must be something which will help establish connection between political power, BPTP and various associated subsidiaries

This is our time to showcase that we will not allow BPTP to play BIG BOSS and influence all other builders as well in going for unfair trade practises.

Please call up at IAC helpline number +91 9718 500 606 in case you are intending to send information directly, It would be helpful if you can also publish this information on this thread or share with working committee for records.

The home buyer/ investor of Faridabad projects will get benefitted only if IAC or Team Kejriwal highlights the plights / suffering of these home buyers on account of excess charges levied ( EDC etc ) by HUDA and unfair practices adopted by the builders though fault of delay in development and execution of project/ construction was of HUDA/ DCTP/builders and enforce / press upon HUDA/DCTP/Builders to act or face the public outrage. otherwise instead of getting benefit , mess will be created.

Arvind Kejriwal has said that BPTP also has some big ticket investors. He wants information on this to be shared. If anyone has got some clues to the big investors in BPTP then he should share it with IAC.
Kejriwal has rightly attacked the Huda and HOODA for their role in shielding and favouring the corrupt builders. We in Neharpar are also sufferring because of this.

The diversion of EDC collected from Faridabad to say Rohtak , adhoc collection of EDC without giving information about what happened to the EDC collected before, cheating with the farmers about land grabbing by the huda by giving paltry sum and selling to the Builder lobby for huge sum and giving the builders a free hand to loot the home buyers.

Cheating by the builders openly with the home buyers by giving false promises and one sided contract. The builders openly threaten the home buyers and openly flout the BBA and do not pay the delayed possession penalty. also the unlicenced builder is collecting the money as EDC and openly misappropriating the funds.

Central govt not clearing the real estate regulatory bill , due to the fact that the unregulated builder lobby is the prime source of election funding and real estate is the best way to hide black money, the black money name has changed into premium and most(99.9%) of the transaction of this money is done in cash form so that it remains unaccounted thus giving rise to black money.

Largest thing is the govt and central agencies including Income tax,Enforcement directorate ,economic offence wing CBI are fully aware with these malpractices and they use this information to pressurise the builder to generate black money for themselves and their bosses.
Builder having canceled licences are building group housing and all information regarding construction and its cost is kept hidden from the buyers, the quality of construction done is not upto the basic safety standards. Nobody is regulating the construction by the builders for any safety standard .

This shows that that the central and state govt. are patronising this loot in order to generate regular income for themselves.
This is all happening openly and the supreme court also does not intervene.WHY?

The competition commision of india penalising DLF for cheating the buyers is a proof.
The BBA is a proof, the court case in punjab and haryana court is a proof, no work despite the tenders been cleared and delaying tactics of the contractors to esclate the cost is also a proof.
Builder whose licence have expired and they are still carrying out construction of unsafe housing is also a proof

Finally Robert Vadra and Greater Faridabad Land scam in public... Hopefully lot more dirt would now come up in public.

http://indiatoday.intoday.in/story/brea ... 56778.html

http://m.indiatoday.in/story/rober-vadr ... 56898.html

An investigation by the Headlines Today reveals that Congress president Sonia Gandhi's son-in-law Robert Vadra violated land rules in Haryana to acquire lands and then resell at a premium.

Amipur village - 30 km from Delhi - in Haryana has turned out to be a happy hunting ground for Vadra because bountiful land in the village has been sold dirt cheap and then resold at a premium.

It's in Amipur that Vadra struck four land deals with one seller - Harbans Lal Pahwa. In total, the Vadras bought 46 acres of land at Amipur village in Faridabad, only to sell it back to Pahwa at a premium.

The deals were in direct violation of the Haryana Ceiling on Land Holdings Act, 1972.

Investigations by Headlines Today show how the money was circulating in the garb of legal land deals.

First, on Sept 8, 2005, Robert Vadra bought 12 acres of land in Faridabad's Amipur village from Harbans Lal Pahwa. The cost of the land was over Rs 32 lakh. On April 14, 2006, Vadra bought 10 more acres of land from the same land dealer for Rs 30 lakh. On January 30 the same year Vadra bought another 19 acres in Amipur village from Harbans Lal Pahwa. This time the cost was Rs 54 lakh. On April 28, 2006 Vadra's wife Priyanka Gandhi struck a deal with Pahwa buying 5 acres in Amipur village for Rs 15 lakh.

The deals are in violation of law as 46 acres of land bought by Vadras are much higher than the maximum land holdings sanctioned under the Haryana Ceiling on Land Holdings Act, 1972. The Act states that permissible area that can be possessed by one person or his family is a maximum of 26.9 acres of agricultural land.

"The ownership of the land beyond permissible limits vests in the hands of the state government. The surplus land has to be distributed among Dalits and poor," clarifies Anupam Gupta, a lawyer from Chandigarh. Therefore, the extra 20 acres in possession of Vadra belonged to the government.

What is raising eyebrows is not just the violation of the Land Ceiling Act, but the curious manner in which Vadra sold the land back to the original seller.

Less than five years later, the buyer becomes the seller and the seller turns into the buyer. The entire 46 acres was bought by the land dealer Pahwa, in three instalments and at double the price.

Headlines Today spoke to former director of the RBI, Vipin Malik who has been handling high profile tax cases. Malik says there's more to the land deals than what meets the eye. "You are buying from agriculturist and doing transaction between the two and making huge surpluses for self running into crores of rupees where you don't have your money. The money is being lent by the same person who is buying it and who is selling it back to you. So, this is a clear case of fictitious and fake transactions. This is cold cash cover up."

The question is what is the connection between Harbans Lal Pahwa and Robert Vadra who are involved in the strange transaction of buying and selling to each other?

The jigsaw fell in place as the Headlines Today Special Investigation Team unearthed Pahwa's link with Vadra's business empire.

While going through Vadra's balance sheets Headlines Today stumbled upon a curious figure of Rs 1,55,00,000 and once again the name of Harbans Lal Pahwa came to the fore.

Documents in possession with Headlines Today show Pahwa's company, Carnival Intercontinental Estate Pvt Ltd, had given a loan of Rs 1,55,00,000 to Vadra's company, Skylight Hospitality. Pahwa also held directorship in Vadra's company, Real Earth, for over a year between February 18, 2008 to March 23, 2009.

Headlines Today tried to track down Pahwa at his residence in Gurgaon. We met Pahwa's son Gulshan who denied any knowledge of the land deals entered into by his father and Robert Vadra. He refused to allow us to confront his father claiming he was suffering from some grave illness.

Vadra makes a killing in Rajasthan: Genius or inside info?
by FP Staff Oct 26, 2012

You got to hand it to the man. Robert Vadra, son-in-law of Sonia Gandhi, has the Midas touch when it comes to picking real estate.

We all know how he managed to more than triple his money on a Rs 15.3 crore piece of land in Manesar, Gurgaon, with a little bit of help from friends like DLF, who bought from him for Rs 58 crore (read here).

In Rajasthan, he managed to do even better. This time he managed to multiply his landed wealth 40 times.

According to a report by CNN-IBN, which accessed the documents in Rajasthan’s Bikaner district, least 20 plots measuring over 770 hectares were picked up by Vadra’s firms just months after the Ashok Gehlot government came to power.

The purchases were made between June 2009 and August 2011, and after Vadra bought the land, it seems land prices shot up 40 times.

The report says that a clutch of investors, including Vadra, apparently privy to information on upcoming industrial projects in the vicinity, reaped huge profits with land values appreciating by up to 40 times since 2009.

Some of the projects included:

Robert Vadra in this file photo. PTI
• Solar projects under the Jawaharlal Nehru National Solar Mission
• A Rs 45,000 crore silicon chip project with Vavasi
• A power grid substation in Kolayat.

Documents with CNN-IBN reveal that between 2009 and 2011, Vadra’s companies Sky Light Hospitality Pvt Ltd, Sky Light Realty Pvt Ltd, Real Earth Estates Pvt Ltd, North India IT Park Pvt Ltd and Blue Breeze Trading Pvt Ltd purchased 770 hectares at an average price of Rs 40,000 to 50,000 per bigha.

The report quotes area dealers as saying that Vadra’s companies have sold off at least 300 bighas of land earlier this year to a Spanish Solar Power Company at appreciated values.

Did Vadra know in advance that the projects were coming up?

A report in DNA quotes a local MLA who definitely thinks so. The newspaper quotes Devi Singh Bhati, the MLA in whose area the land deals took place, as saying: “Vadra clearly misused his position as the son-in-law of Sonia Gandhi. The land was purchased either in the knowledge that industrial projects would be announced, or circumstances were created to bring projects to the area.”

Rajat Gupta is going to jail in the US for passing on inside information to Raj Rajaratnam. In Robert Vadra‘s case, the big question is this: who is the insider who told him that land prices in the area would go through the roof? Or is Vadra really a real estate genius, and whatever he touches turns to gold?
