Final demand letter from puri

Total demand : 7.5 lakh (to be paid in 1 month)

out of which ~5.25 lakh can be justified (5% BSP, registration, stamp duty, maintance for 1 yr, service tax etc )

but... rest is all crap (labour cess, increase in steel prices, bulk supply of electricity charges etc & service tax of 12% on these ...)

they did not increase the area and i am not very disappointed

Hi Dhananjay, I just came across this forum. I am also a Pranayam flat owner and feel that many of the items on the final demand are unjustified. Please let me know what action you all propose on the same..

I agree with your views on Puri Pranayam- I have a flat in B tower booked in 2008. Their demands do seem unreasonable - I'd like to know what actions you seek to take as a group to tackle this? I'm keen to join any such representative action; else, let me know what you all have decided on sep 30..
