Letter indicating termination

Hi Group,
Despite mailing Puri and telling then that I need more time to make payments; I have received a letter stating since 30 days are over therefore they are likely to terminate the contract. It reads more like a threating letter, can they do that legally?

Can someone advice?

I agree the letter is very curt and holds out a threat - yet, I see no reactions - has everyone else simply cowed down to the unreasonable demands?
What's the stance, people? Can we meet at Pranayam office at CP on coming Saturday in the afternoon and take it up with Kaushik?

It is really bad. But I am not surprised as you can't expect anything better then PCL.
They are trying their best to extract as much money as possible in the shortest possible time.
I suggest, lets have a converstaion over phone (+91-9654011110) in next two days and then plan and meet Mr. Kaushik at their office on Saturday.
