Upcoming New Bridge for Neharpar Area?

Heard from couple of dealers that BPTP is launching limited edition units near an upcoming bridge.
When enquired I was told that bridge is to be by HUDA and has been finalised. The location will be for Sectors 75,76 and 77.

Could not confirm this news by BPTP as Customer Care guys were not having any 'official' info and Marketing Team could not be contacted.

Any further updates/ news , pls share.

Hi Neeraj,

I also heard this news but not sure on authenticity of this. I have personal interest in Sector 77 (KLJ Greens) and was was excited hearing this first time. But yet to get it validated.

absolutely right sir,

There is a bridge comming up 1.5 kms from the main gate of sec 75 ( P,R block etc)......this was in the pipeline for couple of months and now it has got the approval ,,,as well as BPTP is extending its new project behind P block ...If one goes by the Nehar road ..this bridge will be somewhere 3 to 3.5 kms from BPTP present bridge

This seems to be marketing technique by BPTP. As per our last conversation with HUDA Administrator, Faridabad, entire Neharpar Belt (Sectors 75 to 89) rank low in his priority list. Then, who would be doing this bridge? Unless bptp does it on its own like it did previous one it may remain only in papers.
