Please note Piyush Group who is issuing so called "possession letter" (for fitout) has its licence expired for around 4 years and still not renewed. All illegal things occuring under nose of DTCP and it is silent to wait accidents and people killed, looted & cheated. Do honest tax paying middle class people matter for Congress led Haryana Govt.? Or Haryana Govt. is just in nexus with builders for looting, cheating and killing common people.
