Piyush was supposed to give possession in Dec'12 . Whether any one of Piyush Height member has received any possession letter till date ?

Yes, Piyush is issuing possession letter in strictly confidential manner and letters are currently only being sent for F tower. As expected, Piyush is displaying cheating, dishonesty and criminal breach of trust by increasing super area, added extra charges like EEC, fire fighting etc. and is cheating more than Rs 5 lakhs combined. Even Rs 20,000 on piped gas connected charges which was previously rolled back by Piyush once again finds its way in statement of account. Requesting members to share possession letter. For Piped Gas Demand, you can immediately send letter that was sent by Piyush Group for rollback. Letter is at : resources/file/1101

Piyush is offering for Possession for PURPOSE OF FIT OUT ONLY. Builders keep on inventing terms for cheating buyers and don't know what this term means? Don't know when real possession letter will be issued. Can someone guide about meaning of this word?

I think "PURPOSE OF FIT OUT ONLY" mean, you may want to do some interior work for that you can take possession but cannot live. So by offering this "PURPOSE OF FIT OUT ONLY" his liability towards 'Any delayed Penalty' may stop if there is any. And do not know when they will allow you to take physical possession.

"PURPOSE OF FIT OUT ONLY" this term are not used in any type agreement ! it is another cheating needs to be include in cheating list of Piyush. How end user are beneficial for this new introducing term as "FIT OUT". This is new cheating term produce by Piyush in NCR region.

Possession for PURPOSE FOR FIT OUT is manipulated word used here to save the company from the penalty clause. Such words are not being used any where by builders and even there is no such provision in the agreement. Piyush is doing plenty of frauds and the plenty of FIRs must be lodged by individuals to deal with such fraud company and it must be highlighted through media too.

Has anybody got possession fit out plan with credit amount on delayed possession given by piyush Group. If considered, till what date it is reflecting in the calculation sheet. - Rakesh Mishra.

Piyush Group is cleverly quoting Clause 27 F of buyer's agreement to avoid any penalty to be given to any buyer. Clause 27F says that even if your single payment was delayed due to any reason whatsoever, you are not entitled to any penalty amount whatsover.

Piyush Heights Licence expired on March 2009 and still remains in that state This is as per latest update on DTCP site yesterday (19th Dec 2012). Buyers who have got so called "possession letters" should challenge this illegality. It looks clear that it is a strategy to make money on part of Piyush Group.

in above provided link, the name of RPS is not seen. RPS renewed !Yes or not, if any member know about this, please share information regarding RPS licence.

Not renewed. It is on 2006 list of licences.

Physically anybody has received the possession letter ? If so what are the terms & condition ?

In the forum so far nobody has confirmed about receiving of possession letter.
