The Flat I visited was T8 - 105 so not sure if this was with delux specification or not. But my sense is these woooden work will not be there in normal flats.

for me Sink is very small which RPS fitted in Kitchen.

I have one question.

You mentioned the sequence of the possession T8, T7, T4.

in some of the earlier post it was mentioned T8 and T3.

was this sequence given to you officially, I mean which is the more concrete ?
Mine is in T4.

Dear Sanjeev,

Thanks for this valuable information. let us assume if possesion will start in coming 4-5 months for completed towers, at this pace RPS will be able to give the possesion only by end of 2014 for all towers as I have in Purple Hazel 3+1 where plaster of outer wall is still pending rest you can assume.

R they allowed site visit?

But any how some light is showing at other end of tunnel.

Dear All,
Have called up RPS office today and as expected have been informed of further postponment of possession. December 2012 was the month when possession would be offered, as per the builder. But what will be offered in December is just another schedule of possession...
Be prepared for another round of fake dates and endless stories to keep our dreams going, from 2012 to 2013 and so on...

yes it is an end less story..... 2 month ago they were up beat and told us we will definitely give possession of atleast 2 towers by Dec 12.

when I enquired how are you going to give possession with the current stage of construction she said that is our look out you need not worry. shame less people.

It is wise to follow your experience in dealing with builders. Look at those towers, there is no way that they would be ready in another 3 months.

forget the possession in 2012
rps can give possession in mid 2013 for 3-4 towers
they will offer possession in last 2013 for 7-8 towers
and rest will be ready to move in 2014

Rps has not yet renewed its license which was expired in 2008. since last 3 months
they are saying that concern department is doing the needful and they will start possession from Dec 2012. what a joke !!! guys plz call rps day and night and build a pressure on them

Has there been any lucky one to receive much proclaimed possession letter or atleast fitout letter from RPS, Or the date for start of phase wise possession hand out has officially been marked for Dec 2013, as has been the story for past several years ?

what is the last demand raised by rps. for tower t7 last demand was raised more than 2 years back on account of completion of internal plaster

I don't think they are going to give the possession letters this year. Their main focus is on T8 which is almost completed.

I saw the following developments during my visit

1. In T8 external paint was complete (one coat). This is not the final paint.
2. They was working on the Entrance of the Tower T8 (please see the picture of Tower 8 on RPS site)
3. Lifts were getting installed in T8. Its good that the lifts are of KONE.
4. Except Ground floor every other floor was locked (I guess they have completed maximum work in all other floors of T8)
5. Construction of Internal Shops and Temple(between shops and T7) was in full swing.
6. I was told that we will be receiving the Schedule about the possession very soon (its confirmed no possession before Feb / March).
7. Road from the Main Entrance to the towers was being constructed. Main Entrance was looking nice.
8. Street Light were looking nice from the Main Gate to the towers.

RPS has revised the price list again. There is some price hike (in resale)also for the towers which will be getting possession before mid of next year.

These updates are till 9th Dec.

what was the status for the green area in between towers.

There was some Digging there when I visited last time some Have they made or developing park there ?

There was some construction below the ground level. I guess that is for Kids play area.

After this construction is over, thn they will be developing green area (park) above it.

Are they allowing site visit from inside of apartments now.. I have apartment in T4 but not sure when they will offer possession. my last visit was before Diwali.. that time they did not allow visit from inside.
