Basic Amenities in Neharpar Area

Hi

Though GFWA forum and all views have been trying hard towards getting the acts of builders and Government in place, I think we should on the sidelines, work towards getting the basic amenities in place, to the extent possible for the benefit of all. I would like to mention some pointers and would appreciate if more are added to / improved on it.

1) IGL Gas pipeline : IGL has covered almost entire South Delhi and we should strive ( GFWA along with members who can influence the decision in IGL) to start work of laying down the pipeline in Greater Faridabad.

2) Landline and Broadband Facility : Mobile networks drop very often though towers of Airtel being recently deployed at Omaxe Heights. We should try and get Airtel, MTNL and Vodafone to start landline and Broadband services since accessing the web is now a basic necessity.

3) ATMs / Banks : Greater Faridabad has no ATMs. Some members in the forum might have ATM space and other linkages in the Banking / Financial sector which would work for the benefit for all.

Getting these if possible, will improve overall stay more beneficial.

I talked to Omaxe for inclusion of reticulated Gas system in the apartment but got negative response.
I am hoping that commercial projects such as Vipul Plaza/Puri High Street will bring some basic facilities such as banks/ATM's etc.

Talking to IGL will be very good initiative. Apart from this, we need to talk to BSNL for more towers and Broad band connectivity. For this one delegation of people from GF with GFWA members should meet GM BSNL Faridabad zone or private operators.

In Faridabad, Adani group had already installed the Gas Pipe Line and some connection in secto r28-31 in invited. Here IGL is not in operation but the Adani will provide the services. GFWA should approach the Adani Group

सेक्टरों में बनाए जाएंगे वेस्ट कलेक्शन पॉइंट

हूडा के सेक्टरों में सॉलिड वेस्ट कलेक्शन पॉइंट न होने की वजह से जगह-जगह गंदगी के ढेर लगे रहते हैं। ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद के सेक्टरों में इस तरह की दिक्कत न हो इसके लिए सभी सेक्टरों में सॉलिड वेस्ट कलेक्शन पॉइंट बनाए जाएंगे। इसके लिए सेक्टरों के लेआउट प्लान में पहले से ही जगह रिजर्व रखी गई है। इन कलेक्शन पॉइंट में कूड़ा इकट्ठा होने के बाद इसे ट्रीटमेंट प्लांट तक आसानी से ले जाया जा सकेगा।
ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद में डिवेलप होने वाले सभी 15 सेक्टरों में सॉलिड वेस्ट कलेक्शन पॉइंट बनाए जाएंगे। फरीदाबाद के सेक्टरों में ऐसी कोई व्यवस्था नहीं है, इसलिए टाउन एंड कंट्री प्लानिंग ने ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद के सेक्टरों के लिए यह योजना बनाई है। अधिकारियों के मुताबिक, हर सेक्टर में कलेक्शन पॉइंट के लिए लगभग एक एकड़ जमीन रिजर्व रखी गई है। यहां सेक्टरों का सारा कूड़ा इकट्ठा होगा और ट्रीटमेंट प्लांट तक उसे आसनी से ले जाया जा सकेगा। अधिकारियों के मुताबिक, मास्टर प्लान के तहत डिवेलप होने वाले नए 72 सेक्टरों में भी इस प्लान को शामिल किया जाएगा, ताकि वहां के लोगों को भी इस तरह की समस्याओं का सामना न करना पड़े।
डीटीपी संजीव मान ने बताया कि ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद के सेक्टरों में जगह-जगह कूड़ा न फैले इसके लिए सभी सेक्टरों में सॉलिड वेस्ट कलेक्शन पॉइंट बनाने के लिए जमीन रिजर्व रखी गई है। सभी सेक्टरों में ये पॉइंट डिवेलप किए जाएंगे।

एचटी लाइन के लिए काम शुरू

एनबीटी न्यूज ॥ फरीदाबाद : नहर पार ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद में बनने वाले सेक्टरों में बिजली सप्लाई के लिए हूडा ने काम शुरू कर दिया है। पहले चरण में हाईटेंशन तारों के खंभे के लिए फाउंडेशन बनाने का काम हो रहा है। एचटी लाइन बिछाने के लिए हूडा ने 2 करोड़ 23 लाख 30 हजार रुपये का बजट तैयार किया है। ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद में हूडा ने स्ट्रीट लाइटें लगाने, सभी चौराहों पर हाईमास्ट लाइटें और ओवर लोडिंग की समस्या को दूर करने सभी चौराहों पर ट्रांसफॉर्मर लगाने व बेहतर बिजली की लाइनें बिछाने की प्लानिंग की है। इसके लिए हूडा ने लगभग 20 करोड़ रुपये का बजट तैयार किया है। हूडा बिजली ईएक्सईएन अरुण धनकड़ ने बताया कि ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद में स्ट्रीट लाइटें और हाईटेंशन तार बिछाने का काम शुरू कर दिया गया है।
