Piyush Group lawyer told in SDM Court in front of SDM and buyers that they are not offering possession. Be there in SDM Office/Court on 17th January at 2:30 PM

Buyers from other group with gross complain against builder must go in tomorrows meeting to discuss their cases (especially BPTP group) with authority, if Piyus group has no problem. This is right time.

Congratulations ! today to buyers for joining in large number. Strength of home buyers have borne fruit and Piyush has agreed to withhold illegal demad. Piyush Group has submiited written letter to DTP office and SDM office that "customers will be required to pay this demand ONLY at time of final offer of possession" and "final offer of possession will only be issued after taking occupancy certificate from the competent authority". This is winning the battle of justice over injustice for which GFWA stands for. We will continue to fight more battles against illegal demands.

The pressure seems to be working on authorities & ultimately builders.Authorities used to run away from responsibilties seem to deliver the results.The pressure built by GFWA led by its strong leadership seems to be working.hats off to you people.
Intervention by DTP Faridabad office has opened a window for all of us to to complain without going all the way to Chandhigarh.I think we should use this oppurtunity to bring our builder's malpractices to notice.
Piyush group would definately send a strong message to builder community across NEHARPAR that it is not easy the hard earned money of buyers.I find the things moving in right direction.Great ....

1)Could We screw Piyush builder on the time line front as its already delayed a lot as Amitav said.

2) Ess baar kaun si aisi nebz debi jo DTP which was acting dumb and deaf till now comes into action. Its important to understand to fight for other causes and builders.

Thanks Dheeraj ji And all other friends gathered in office of the SDM/Court yesterday. Great job done but it is starting and we should look forward for better results shortly. We must be united and every buyer must know about his presence on such occasion and show the strength of unity. We must try to bring other friends/buyers by getting them in notice who have still not connected with the forum. This battle will go long and we must take firm decision for not to pay a single paisa extra demanded by builder. For each & every demand builder has to produce authenticated proofs. We must not be silent at this stage and there must be regular approach to the builder asking him for the final possession and authenticated documents in relations to the demands placed by him since he has with held the demand but not cancelled so far. He may place same demands at the time of final possession.

I think this time we worked as part of GFWA and not as individual society. GFWA senior members across different residential groups like Seema, Vineet, Umesh Ji, Ajay Ji, Shiv etc. who are from RPS, Omaxe Spa, BPTP,Uppal etc. were united against this grossly illegal demand.
