In all the regions it is 100% included but in case of Faridabad its only 50% that is included.

Balconies are part of super built up and carpet area both but at 50%.

I calculated area for one or two GH in NP and ratio between carpet and super area at 68-70 before area increase which is good but with super area increase without any logic (builder logic is beyond understanding of mango people) it will come down to 60-65 % which is not good

Although almost every builder follow the same practice (of charging more in name of super area) but I believe the covered area given by RPS is better. I look for purchasing one 3 BHK unit in SAVANA for my cousin. If anyone interested to sell kindly contact at sauish@yahoo.com.

A friend visited the RPS Savana site a couple of days ago. Pictures attached below. As per him, T8 is still under the final finishing stage, but offering possession will atleast take 4-6 months.

yes, ..i also visit RPS today & asked about possession .. One dealer says that RPS will offer possession after completing of 06 towers...& it will take whole 2013...
Few days back i talked to RPS guy over phone & asked about possession... he said that RPS would start offering possession of T8 in mid of March ... then T5 & then other towers ,,,
Dont know when we people would get our dream home...but i think not before end of 2013....

I called RPS day before yesterday and it was the first time in my life that I talked to a robot.

Me: So when are you offering possession of PH-3?
He: This year end
Me: Come on, thats what company has asked you to say, what do you personally think?
He: This year end
Me: Are you sure?
He: Yeah, this year end
Me: Ok when will the possession start
He: Next month
Me: Really
He: Yes next month
Me: But licence is not renewed
HE: Please call Jasola office
Me: You also know these technicalities
Je: Please call JAsola office
Me: Ok bye

They are bullshitting actually. They have not even applied for OC. OC would itself take around 6 months if all the formalities are properly completed. And please guys, just do not accept fit out possession demand until the licence is renewed, we gotta revolt like Piyush allottees did. Pull up your socks and be prepared to question RPS.

I called them couple of weeks back, next demand will be sent in June for my unit in T10, so its already 6 months. That will be demand after 2 years if I remember correctly. Now there are possibly two more, so guessing when will that happen..

I just spoke to *** and initially she said that they will start possession once they renew their licence. when I started cross questioning she started saying no one know even the top management of rps gate when 6 towers will be completed.
