In pics uploaded on this forum, I have seen Wood work below shelf in kitchen. Can someone please clarify if this wood work would be done in all the flats or it’s on some specific flats.

I kindly request all the alottees of RPS Savana to join hands together against the builder, pressurize them to get the licence renewed and finish the project ASAP. Please join the google group created for the purpose - https://groups.google.com/forum/?fromgr ... a-alottees

Here we can discuss updates, issues related to the project and create strategy to deal with them.

if that is correct, then some calculations-
2BHK-
1250x3100= 3875000

3BHK-
1590x2600= 4134000

difference- 259000rs and 340 sqft
which is 761rs/sqft

Who would not buy 3BHK then?

You can check it on real estate sites like magicbricks etc, the avarage rate for 3 and 3+1 is 3500.

If you have bought for investment to take good return, you can wait for some more time like a year,
you will get good returns. If you have bought for your own use, calculations does not matter,
and I guess we will get it sooner or later, already delayed a lot.

yes, possession is not going to happen for all the towers by 2015, or God knows RPS's plan.

Are these prices including EDC/IDC ? or that is seperate?

Hi,

Earlier they were confident to handover few towers in Jan'13.

I went to their offce for payments... and asked on a casual note for possession. Their answer was that the a couple of towers are ready but just waitin for oc which is expected in June'13.

I think this change isv"piyush effect".

Applying for possession and getting the same are two different things. :) :) Many issues with license and without renewing the same, there would be no OC.

What is the access road to Savana? If future residents travelling to Faridabad / Delhi from GF have to use the Khedi road then it woul be a nightmare. As it is without the future residents of Savana / Piyush the khedi road has very very slow moving traffic !!!!

Please share any inputs regarding approach roads to Savana.

I recently visited Savana site. here are few photos I could capture.

I have flat in T4 so I entered tower by my self and captured few internal photos as well.

I hope I dont need to put any inline for photos, they are self explained, if you want to know about any specific photo please let me know.

Thanks,
Nitin
