Park PLC Refund for School Land at SRS Residency

Big achievement for RWA and all of us!

Another monetary rewards & good news for members after enhanced EDC interest refund.

As you aware SRS Real Estate charged Park PLC for many customers from C6 and C8 towers for current School designated site, whilst they unilaterally changed layout later, converted it for School site sold as green park and cheated individual customers for more than 1.25 lakh rupees per customer on account of park PLC.

RWA strongly fought for justice on this cheating with SRS Management, with support of few aggrieved residents/customers even complaint to EOW (Economic office Wing, Faridabad), given representation to CP/ACP Faridabad, now this continuous pressure & fight yielding fruitful result.

SRS Real Estate started refunding park PLC now to affected customers with interest and this is big win for all of us!

Thank you all members for showing unity and be with us always for fight for injustice.

Those who have paid park PLC for school site should now get money refunded and if anyone did not get in 7-10 days, please follow-up to SRS Real estate with documentary proof and bring in our notice.

P.S: We will continue to fight for selling/leasing society asset (school) to 3rd party.

A great win indeed. Congratulations to all home buyers of SRS residency for strong fight and an excellent win..

Year 2013 seem to be bringing a lot of justice to home buyers across Neharpaar. The situation (Overcharging in name of false PLC) in is fairly common for many other builders in Neharpar (example RPS), Am sure this win will encourage all other home buyers to take strong stand against such practises followed by builders.

Looking at Piyush and SRS results, Guess its history when builder was someone who could keep bullying us, We can be optimistic and have faith that an active group of home buyers can definitely force builder/administration to bring justice, and there is a law of Land which need to be followed by all including builder community.

@ All : Understandably many communities have their additional Yahoo/Google groups for internal discussions, In case your association is fighting for a cause, It would help if you can continue to share such success stories in forum for wider audiences as this gives moral boost to other home buyers to fight for their rights.

Now this acts as a cue for the residents of Omaxe Heights, Park Grandeura and other societies where PLC is charged for units facing Schools, pumping stations etc. RWAs cannot take the matter up with builder or to the court unless unit holders stand up and complain to the RWA. So you gotta take a stand first yourself before you can blame anyone else.

Excellent news for Greater Faridabad ! We should salute to the SRS and Piyush societies for being on toes always and fighting against injustice.
I hope the other societies in Neharpar will also take a positive cue and boost up their morale and fight hard against injustice.
Let us not tolerate the nuisances of builders anymore !We can very easily teach the builder a lesson if we stand united and take action.
