Just to clarify, they were not genuine members who were speaking in favor of the builder or had concerns regarding the project, They were employees/people from the builders office who registered as proxy users and were trying to show false sympathy towards the issue.

Thats why i suspected infiltration by builder lobby in our forum, because that was the idea of a terrified and desperate party that wanted escape from the bad situation that they themselve have created. And let it be known to them that we reap what we sow, that is old but true saying.

We verify details and documents before allowing GFWA membership.

However it would be unfair and also difficult to ask for documents when people register at myfaridabad.in as it would require huge manpower and resources to cross examine credentials.

It would be unfair because many people who register might not have a property at Faridabad, but might be looking for property, or looking for information, etc.. The concept of this forum was always to be an open and transparent discussion forum and that it our priority. We will have these minor issues, but together with everyone we will have to keep a constant watch and filter out these unwanted elements.

Heard that Directors filed urgent petition in High Court at Chandigarh for bail and hired top criminal lawyer. There were strong arguments by Piyush heights buyers lawyer opposing the same, next date fixed for 08-Mar-13
