GFWA Membership Renewal/New Registrations 2013

Dear Members,

If you are a GFWA member, it is time to renew your yearly GFWA membership. If you have not yet become a GFWA member, we request you to become a part of GFWA by paying the yearly membership fee of Rs.500.

Your contribution helps us in running and funding various campaigns and activities for development of Greater Faridabad. We also share exclusive news and documents with our GFWA members at the exclusive GFWA Section.

INSTRUCTIONS:

You can become a GFWA member by depositing Rs.500 through NEFT (preferred), Cheque, DD or Cash Deposit to our GFWA account.

Bank account details are as follows -

• Bank Name - Federal Bank Ltd.
• Account Name - Greater Faridabad Welfare Association or use 'GFWA'
• Account Type - Saving A/C
• Account Number - 13810100112470
• IFSC code - FDRL0001381
• Bank Address - NIT Faridabad

Important Notes:

• If making payment by cheque, you can drop the cheque at any of your nearest Federal Bank or ATM
• You can also make a cash deposit any Federal Bank branch.
• After making payment, note down the transaction number of the payment (NEFT transaction number, cheque number, etc.)
• Important: After making payment, please submit this online form which is the GFWA registration form. Without the form, you membership will not be accepted as we cannot track your payment.
• Login with your username and password, your details will be auto populated. If the details are not correct, please go to your profile and update the details first. Forms with incomplete details or documents will not be accepted.

For new members, Upload the following documents along with the form

1. Optional – Upload copy of proof of payment (screenshot of payment, scanned image of cheque/slip, etc.)
   
2. Mandatory – Upload copy of Photo ID proof (PAN Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, any government issued Photo ID card, etc.)

For existing members, Upload the following documents along with the form

1. Optional – Upload copy of proof of payment (screenshot of payment, scanned image of cheque/slip, etc.)
   
2. If ID proof not submitted earlier, please resubmit

Submitting the Registration form with payment details is mandatory for all members (new and existing GFWA members)

For existing members,

• Submit the registration form and select Recurring Payment
• Optional – Upload copy of proof of payment (screenshot of payment, scanned image of cheque/slip, etc.)
• If ID proof not submitted earlier, please resubmit

If any error encountered while submitting form, please email admin@ myfaridabad.in with the error message/screenshot. This will help us to resolve the issue.

How to find your GFWA Membership No.

• Login from the homepage http://www.myfaridabad.in (as per screenshot)
  
  
  
  
• Click My GFWA Payments from User Menu
  
  

• Your Membership No./ Reference ID will be listed on the screen.
• You will see your Membership ID if you have submitted the new form which was implemented effective May 2012.
• If your payment is not confirmed, the Reference No. will be a generic alphanumeric number.
• If your payment is confirmed, the Reference No. will begin with GFWA.
• If your Reference No. begins with GFWA (e.g. GFWA-2012-01234), the number is your Membership Number.

I have paid online fee INR 500/- for the GFWA membership on 28-Jan-2013 and have also been submitted the required ID proof online, but still my membership is not being activated.

There was a technical problem due to which emails were stopped. It will resume very soon.

However you are requested to renew your membership at the earliest.
