Congratulations, Piyush Licence is Renewed till March 2013, another positive action by Piyush Group ! Only thing that worries is that it will again expire after 1 month. TCP Haryana has once again updated website with latest list of licences and Piyush Heights is now shown as having valid licence

This is nothing but eyewash to seek bail from court for top three of Piyush group.

Yes, you are right ! It is counted from date of expiry. Since licence is expired since March 2009, it can only be renewed till March 2013. Reliable sources are also telling us that Piyush Group has paid now 29 crores of EDC and for additional pending dues has submitted bank guarantees (allowed under new policy !)

Someone told me that they are gonna apply for renewal again in April and work is being done at a much better pace than earlier.

Of course it is good news if Piyush has applied for further renewal of Licence. We need to pressurize builder for early possession and late penalty must be given to the buyers.

It is really great that atleast some action has been taken by public administration for rescue of so called poor investors. In my opinion now they should not be relaxed till they remove all the abnormalities. If they will relaxed now,next time tougher action required for them, to get anything done from them. Project is already so late that now only these things can make it complete.

Things are moving at a rapid speed now for Piyush Group. Within a span of 20 days, Piyush Heights licence is again renewed and now licence is valid till March 2015. Updated information is available on Department of Town and Country Planning web site. Shows that Piyush Group has high stakes in Piyush heights, Faridabad and all set to complete the project.

Everything regarding licence renewal is O.K. But what about occupancy certificate? are they approaching authorities for applying occupancy certificate or not? If anybody having information regarding this matter. kindly share it

Since licence is renewed, they will definitely apply for occupancy certificate. Reliable sources are telling us that Piyush Group may again raise final demand somewhere (although somewhat reduced) in early April for offering final possession.

Hi All,
I heard that Piyush builders got bail and also ultimatum to complete project in within 3 months, otherwise their bail will be rejected. not sure how much truth it has, but the good thing is that now we can hope possession in some time. does anyone has any idea about this ?

Conditional Bail Approved today from Hon' High Court

1. Passports Impounded.

2. The builder has to complete the Project within 3 months.

3. If Flats Possession NOT given by the builder then it be reported to the Court & applied for Bail Cancellation again
