We are all aware of BPTP's efforts to exhort additional amounts from flat owners that are against the contractual terms. Beware of signing any new buyer agreements that BPTP sends to you or waiving your rights to hold them responsible for their acts, which are being pursued legally. If you sign any documents without reviewing them, you may waiving your rights and indemnifying BPTP from all their wrong doing. For example, the agreement was made at the time of purchase and now BPTP is trying to have customers sign a new agreement with new terms that allow them to reap more amounts and not pay what they owe their customers.

Sooner or later, there will be a ruling or decision that BPTP will fight to defend. However, to protect themselves, BPTP, is modifying agreements and flat owners should be careful as well as file charges against BPTP for manipulation when this occurs.

Please continue to file clams against BPTP where necessary and required if you do wish to have them conform and behave as an ethical entity as well as be eligible for amounts due to you when the ruling/decision is made.

2. File RTI To get all kind of Information from Govt department against BPTP and POST on Blogs/Consumer forums
3. Write to Govt Bodies

Govt will be force to take action, but there HAS TO BE Flood of complaints in legally capable authorities.
