BPTP does not have approved building sanction plan

Dear All
Please find the attached Information received from DTCP Fbd. Office agaisnt RTI, it show that BPTP does not have approved building sanction plan for P Block Row 4. May be they dont have approval for other rows.
They have not mention super built up area also in plan which has been submitted for approval.
From customer they have collected 90% amount, and not working on the project since Dec. 2010.Please guid what should we do now.

This is going to be a bigggggggggg lapse and need to be addressed cautiously.

I have been working, quietly, on the subject matter and all the Independent Floors, Villa owners need to be mobilised and get united.

Dear Parkash,


Also, you are hereby requested to ask the copy of the letter through which DGTCP has compounded the construction on the said plot.


You will find that there is heavy amount of penalty levied in order to compound the construction.


Let me assure you that once compounding is done by DTP it is in no way an unauthorised construction.


Now bptp will pay the penalty and get the same as authorised. Deposit an amount of Rs 100/ and get the copy of the drawing.
