Yes, nobody can tell about the tomorrow but we should to take the some decision today for Better tomorrow.

I read some other comments about the construction quality, water seepage in walls. I am staying in Dwarka since 7 years and I still I do not found any multistory apartment where these common issues are not there. These are the common issues in all multistory apartments.
One person written that he saw water leakage in SRS outer walls from RPS Savana site. This may be true but not in SRS only, let the people come in RPS then compare the construction quality and water leakage issues. But the problem of RPS is that only GOD knows when the people will live in this society.

Please provide me an update on the construction of the sector road running in front of SRS residency to the main road. Is there any other proposed bridge connected to main road to this side similar to BPTP Bridge

Hello all
Do anybody have information regarding the connecting route for the road being constructed in front of srs residency. Also update on the construction going on in front of srs residency.wether it is commercial one or residential?

To Residents of SRS Residency Sec 88,

Has there been any impact/effect of last weeks earth quake on towers/units and how effective was response of security/support people stationed there.

Can anyone suggest what is the resale price of 2BHK in SRS.

I have to buy a unit of 2BHK in Neharpar with immediate possession (max 6 months). Can anyone suggest which project should I buy.

Ashish,

I am not sure if you have bought anything yet or not but go for uppal zade in sector 86. I have my own flat there too...Maximun open space one can get in any project.

Dear RWA -

I am a future resident of Srs Royal Hills (Sector 87) Society.
I have some query regarding possession offered by SRS.

Today I got letter from SRS Mgmt for possession for my flat.

It would be great help if you guide me for below.

1) They are asking for 6.3% of VAT charges of total flat value. Please suggest if this is something you guys have already paid?
2) Meter charges of around 18000/-
3) 1 Year advance Maintenance @ 1.85 rs/sqft

Please suggest.

Dear Mr. Naveen,

[*] Do we have any notification from the IT deptt, I spoke to IT deptt regarding the VAT asked by the SRS group. They are not confirmed on the same. How can we get a support from the GFWA on this issue. can you please suggest us.

[*]It seems SRS group is trying to fool around the people and facing a cash crunch for some project, Now by asking for 6.3% VAT, they can collect the money and use that funds some where else.
