I just came to know that RPS is proposing primary school if it is true then,
I just wana ask what happen to our PLC which we have paid @100/ sqft for being green facing Flat, are they going to refund it? and think about those flat thinking to live peace full life now they are planing to have pramary school in side!!!! do you know how disturbing they are to them who are living there specaly lower floors?
It will be intersting to know that facilities like Club which are doing to be shaired by Pam are loaded to savana's supper area only or they are being shared by pam (which i dont think so)!!!!

I also came to know that they are sill to apply for electricty, water supply and sewage
My booking was done on 07/11/2006 from when penalty form there side will be applicable,
if they are not paying the same what are the reason for the delay.

Staying there has become a dream. The flats have not been handed over as yet and RPS is not committing as to when they will be handed over. Although the flats are more or less ready and the area has come up well.

I had a talk with them recently and they mentioned this year first quarter end, to allot possession. I am not sure, this is confirmed or again they will move it.
I have been getting confirmed dates from those guys since May 2013, then they moved it to year end 2013 and now this new date.

BTW I am future neighbor and will be shifting in T4-607.
