Thanks a lot,SPS72! You are providing excellent information. Can you please share your mobile number or call me at 9716240184.I talked with Mr. Mehta today and from conversation,it appeared that Piyush Group has not applied for OC yet. Also,I had a discussion from buyer in Jind and Piyush Group told him that there is a dispute and no one will get possession before 3 months. It exposes Piyush Group lies and cheating. Strict legal action against these people is the only option

Yes on enquiry it has all most all confirmed that Piyush Builder has not still applied for OC. Builder is planning to apply for OC just before the next hearing date of honourable high court and planned will produce the application in court as per the condition given in order. But only the deviation will be that he can't apply for OC for entire project, for that he will produce another false undertaking to get further relaxation. He has planned to give possession after noticing the result of next hearing in Consumer court. These days he is planning to manage the consumer court any how to get relaxation for extracting money from buyers. So kindly be alert and we must be ready to counter this act of builder and he should not be success in his nasty plan. Thank all and need to come all together once more to beat the builder cheat this time too.

Today I contacted the Piyush group legal cell. The information given by them that company has applied for OC on 02.04.2013. They were silent on the question asked by me regarding delay in getting occupation certificate, which normally should be obtained within 10 days after apply to authority in proper way with relevant document. It means either company has not applied for that or any major lacuna has left with project due to which it is delaying.

I visited Chandigarh today to attend hearing in GFWA case and also visited Town and Country Planning Office. It is confirmed that Piyush Group applied for Occupation Certificate (OC) for F, G and H towers on 02.04.13. Head office is waiting for reports from HUDA and STP. Official informed me that it usually takes 3 months to issue Occupation Certificate if licence is renewed and EDC payments are done.

Dheeraj ji, Thanks for update and the information got from head office. As you informed authority normally take 3 months to issue OC if builder has applied it with authentic documents and EDC paid. But question arises what about enhanced EDC which has been stayed by honourable high court. Whether full payment of the EDC including enhanced EDC has been deposited by builder with authority?

No posting and updates about this project in last week. Please update if anything progressed. We must be in effort to get possession at earliest for that if required we must approach to authority too with gathering in mass to create pressure there. At this stage our prime target must be possession and the fight must be continued till end. Thanks!

Kindly open the attachment and by that we learn that no body is monarch there in any field. A giant builder has been punished by Consumer Court by means of imposing penalty of reimbursement of the rent for total delay period . This is common scenario in the Greater Faridadabad. Why should we don't act in the same manner. We must attach this decision to the existing case in Consumer Court.

Thanks, Mr. Singh. Please note that Justice J M Malik is the same Judge presiding over Piyush Consumer case. He has given a stay on illegal demands and I am hopeful that he will teach a lesson to Piyush Group too.

Looking at the verdict,it seems like the only person gaining from the fight is the person who has filled the case. Would it be the same case for Piyush as well. Do we guys need to join together and file a case ? when is the next hearing ?

Friends, as we wait for the possession, I guess it is time to get offensive again. The builder may b under pressure from the court but then the pressure that we built as a group, and by group, I mean not just the committee members but all of Piyush Heights owners.
To begin with let's all start doing regular follow ups with the Piyush customer care and the Piyush management.
Everyone is requested to put in their updates after talking to them in this forum.
This will serve two purpose, putting the required pressure on builder, and secondly this will b a document that we may use in the court that despite so many reminders builder is not doing what he is supposed to do.
Do we agree?

There seems to be no change in attitude of Piyush Group. I think action plan should be to submit application for cancellation of bail of all three directors since they have not fulfilled their committement even to High Court. Also, make a prayer to High Court to order Haryana Govt. to give possession to buyers and complete project as soon as possible.

Dear Memeber

do we have any update regarding offering of possession by Piyush Group, just visited their site yesterday and the pace at which the work is going on it looks like they are gonna take another year or two to complete the entire project. Also I have just learned from some dealer that as per the new notification Possession cannot be offered before the completion of EWS Flats..can anybody confirm or if its just rumor?

Thanks
