3+1 is in better state than 3 BR. Looks like 3BR will not be before 2015 since they are the most neglected lot. It wud be a 10 year time period considering the booking was done in 2005.

As per RPS customer care, they are waiting for OC which is expected by May end. Once OC is received then they will start possession for towers T-8 then T-5 and then others....

For T-6, Expect some good news by diwali...

Hello Guys,
Just now received a demand notice from RPS for my 3 BHK flat SB-11 "On completion of last floor roof slab casting" . Last demand for 7th Floor roof casting was raised in May,2009 so don't know should be happy for this new demand or be sad that may be next one will be after another 2-3 years

BTW RPS Savana website is down since yesterday when i checked so don't know what's the latest situation ???

Savana was launched in late 2005. If its completed by late 2015, ( 10 years from the launch) it will be an achievement by RPS. For sure, 3BHK will be in the last phase.

1.) Any information about obtaining OC for partial possession ?, time for obtaining OC within 3 months from date of applied is already exceed. Can any member confirmed regarding any information about Visit at RPS Savana from HUDA administration/ authority side.
2.) Any member receive letter for payment of Internal/External plaster for Purpal Hazel-9 (B-9) tower, if yes please share

Though no official news yet, What I heard last was - Partial OC for two towers was OK'ed by local DTP Faridabad Office, and response sent to Chandigarh office a few weeks back.

Incase some one has received any recent RTI reply, Can share insights.

Internal plastering has been started in Blue beach 2 tower as informed by RPS. If any update is available with anybody, plz share...
