Anyone interested to swap a shop?

Hi all,

I own a 328 sft shop on the first floor in Gurgaon's Hyatt Place Hotel (4 star). You can see the project here:

The shop (FF 38) is located right next to Hyatt's lobby and is also accessible to outside customers by 2 other entrances. The project is situated on the main NH8 right before Godrej Frontier. The Wet N Wild resort is also behind it and this resort has been taken over by DLF, which will shortly announce a studios project priced at 15000/sft.

I want to swap my shop for a like-sized shop in Puri's High Street. here are the other details:
