Hi all,

Good to find ''neighbors'' in this community.
I have an apartment in T6. Booked it in June 2008. Last visit was in September 2010.
Shivsai is going slow in construction for the below reasons:

1. HUDA is taking a long time in the construction of road, sewer lines, electricity poles, etc. Shivsai cannot handover the apartments unless this work is done by HUDA. Noone knows how much time would it take, as acquisition of land is not completed yet, and then you can imagine the time HUDA will take to draw a blueprint, releasing tenders, finalizing bids and then starting actual work.
2. Shivsai has launched Sai Apartments and the focus seems to have shifted to this new project.

I am more concerned about the finishing, which does not seems good enough if you compare it with the other projects like Puri's Pranayam - BPTP, etc.
The management teams does not answer any questions on phone, on mail, and even the people sitting in the office have no clue of the expected possession.

I am more interested in knowing how many people respond to this thread.

Dear All,

Please count me in for list of members for this forum. I own a flat in T12 in Ozone Park. I have called up shiv Sai office last week. As per Shiv sai Administrative officer statement, the approval for sewage has been taken. The lift work in under progress. I visited site couple of months back & I am concerned about the quality of construction & safety of balconies.

Given the current state of project, I don't think possession is possible in next 4-5 months. I will ask coupe of my firends who own falt at Ozone park to join this community. We can apply efforts collectively to address our concerns to builder.

hahahah, Jayanta, I want to own more than two but luck is with me only on this forum.

I am really Happy to see this forum growing. All the members of ozone park together can plan and meet shiv sai management personally and talk to them about the delivery of project and other concerns. we need to intimate them that we will not take possession of flats till we find suitable to live. they will have to give penalty for the delay in giving possession of the flat.

we can clearly identify few concerns among us. Everybody should list their concerns here in this forum and then agree on common and real concerns. and then we should convey our concerns to shiv Sai management.

We should give name to this group of ozone park members. and collectively work towards betterment of this project. We can call it "Ozone Park Society"
