Prospects of Sector 62-64?

I am looking to invest in a property in Faridabad in the range of 25-30 lakh. Having a bad experience with BPTP, I am preferring a plot this time. I was advised by a few property dealers that sector 62-64 is a good option. Can anyone advise about the future prospects of the sectors? I am from Gurgaon and therefore don't know about the actual perception of the area. Thanks!

before advising you anything, i'd like to know your investment profile like budget, use, type of property etc. plese let me know the same. in faridabad, sector 70, 80, 77 are good options.
