As per my discussion, work may start somewhere by June'13.
Tendering can be done parallel to approval process, as HUDA already given consent to UP irrigation team and after HUDA assurance only they started tendering.

Same time UP irrigation team cleared tendering of Road on the verge of Agra Canal on eastern side.

Now only pending issue is approval from HUDA-Head office.

If HUDA and CM cleared the budget then we can see start of work with in next 02 months.

It would take about 02 years to complete one Bridge.

I'm in the processs to send one Letter to HUDA for the same to speed up work and approval process.

2 years to complete one bridge so that means 8 years to complete 4? Or can they all be done in tandem with each other?

Work will start on all 04 bridges more or less same time.

so, by end of 2015 we can see bridges operational (Provided HUDA provide budget on time and no skip in regular payments)

Dear Friends all you know that State of Haryana on behalf of HUDA has submitted an affidavit in CWP No.14886 of 2011 titled as GFWA Vs.State of Haryana and others pending in Hon'ble Punjab and Haryana High Court that Master road will be made functional by 6/2013. As you know 6/2013 is fast approaching but there is no master road till now HUDA has not removed the tress, electric poles coming in the master road. When master road will be completed no one knows. GFWA Crore Group member are requested to make preparation for filling Contempt of Court Case against HUDA this must be made a point in case filed by GFWA against EEDC.

गुड़गांव नहर के तीन पुलों का बजट ओके

ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद और फरीदाबाद को जोड़ने के लिए आगरा और गुड़गांव नहर पर बनने वाले पुलों के निर्माण को लेकर हूडा ने कवायद तेज कर दी है। हूडा उच्च अधिकारियों ने गुड़गांव नहर पर बनने वाले तीन पुलों के बजट को मंजूरी दे दी है। उम्मीद है कि जल्द ही इसी नहर पर बनने वाले चौथे पुल और आगरा नहर पर बनने वाले चारों पुलों के बजट को भी मंजूरी मिल जाएगी। उसके बाद पुलों का निर्माण तेजी से शुरू हो जाएगा। हालांकि गुड़गांव नहर पर हरियाणा सिंचाई विभाग ने पहले ही एक पुल का निर्माण शुरू कर दिया है।
गे्रटर फरीदाबाद से फरीदाबाद को जोड़ने के लिए आगरा और गुड़गांव नहर पर चार-चार पुलों का निर्माण किया जाना हैं। आगरा नहर पर पुलों का निर्माण यूपी सिंचाई विभाग और गुड़गांव नहर पर पुलों का निर्माण हरियाणा सिंचाई विभाग द्वारा किया जाना है। दोनों विभागों ने अपने-अपने हिस्से के पुलों के निर्माण में आने वाली लागत की डिटेल हूडा को सौंप दी है। हूडा ने बजट उच्च अधिकारियों के पास मंजूरी के लिए भेजा था। गुड़गांव नहर पर बनने वाले तीन पुलों के लिए लगभग 18 करोड़ रुपये के बजट को वहां से मंजूरी दे दी गई है।
हूडा अधिकारियों के अनुसार, गुड़गांव नहर पर बनने वाले चार पुलों में से तीन के बजट को मंजूरी दे दी गई है। सिंचाई विभाग के अधिकारी अपनी सहूलियत के हिसाब से चारों में से किसी भी पुल का निर्माण कार्य शुरू कर सकते हैं। हालांकि सिंचाई विभाग ने पहले ही सेक्टर 3 और 8 के डिवाइडिंग रोड के पास गुड़गांव नहर पर पुल बनाने का काम शुरू कर दिया है। यह पुल ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद में सेक्टर-74 और 75 के डिवाइडिंग रोड से कनेक्ट होगा। इसके अलावा ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद के सेक्टर-87 के आउटर रोड के सामने से फरीदाबाद के सेक्टर 18-29 के डिवाइडिंग रोड को जोड़ने के लिए, ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद के सेक्टर 87-86 के डिवाइडिंग रोड से फरीदाबाद के सेक्टर 17-18 की डिवाइडिंग रोड और ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद के सेक्टर 86-81 की डिवाइडिंग रोड से फरीदाबाद के सेक्टर 14-17 की डिवाइडिंग रोड को जोड़ने के लिए पुलों का निर्माण किया जाना है।
हूडा एसई एल. के. आहूजा ने बताया कि गुड़गांव नहर पर बनने वाले तीन पुलों के बजट को मंजूरी मिल चुकी है। आगरा नहर पर बनने वाले पुलों और गुड़गांव नहर पर बनने वाले बाकी पुलों के बजट को भी जल्द ही मंजूरी मिल जाएगी। उसके बाद ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद को फरीदाबाद से कनेक्ट करने का काम तेजी से शुरू हो जाएगा।

एनबीटी न्यूज ॥ फरीदाबाद : ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद से फरीदाबाद की कनेक्टिविटी के लिए गुड़गांव नहर पर तीन नए पुलों का निर्माण कार्य जुलाई में शुरू करने की बात सिंचाई विभाग के अधिकारी कह रहे हैं। अधिकारियों का कहना है कि पुलों के लिए डिजाइन तैयार कर लिए गए हैं। एक पुल का निर्माण कार्य सिंचाई विभाग पहले ही शुरू किया जा चुका है, जिसे नवंबर तक पूरा होना है।
फरीदाबाद से ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद की बेहतर कनेक्टिविटी के लिए हूडा ने आगरा और गुड़गांव नहर पर चार पुल बनाए जाने हैं। आगरा नहर पर यूपी सिंचाई विभाग ओर गुड़गांव नहर पर हरियाणा सिंचाई विभाग को पुलों का निर्माण करना है।

सिंचाई विभाग के एसई संदीप तनेजा का कहना है कि हूडा से बजट ओके होने के बाद हमने पुलों के निर्माण की तैयारियां शुरू कर दी हैं। हर पुल सिक्स लेन का होगा और एक पुल के निर्माण पर लगभग 6 करोड़ 25 लाख रुपये खर्च किए जाने हैं। हूडा अधिकारियों की तरफ से हमें लैटर आया है कि हम काम शुरू कर दें, जल्द ही वो हमारे पास पैसा ट्रांसफर कर देंगे। उन्होंने बताया कि एक पुल पर काम शुरू है और बाकी तीन पुलों के लिए डिजाइन तैयार हैं। टेंडर की प्रक्रिया शुरू कर दी गई है। जुलाई महीने में पुलों का काम शुरू कर दिया जाएगा।

Finally good news about the clearance of budget for Bridges over Agra Canal.r

With this Budget Clearance, all Development related work Budget got approval for Greater Faridabad.

Only Pending approval is Budget for Road on the verge of Agra Canal from Faridabad to Delhi (connecting to Kalindi Kunj) and Budget of Rs 36 cr for master road which need to be built on Up irrigation land near to Modern DPS School to Sec 87 outer.
Hope these two pending Budget would alos get approved soon.

ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद से फरीदाबाद के बीच की दूसरी कम करने के लिए आगरा नहर पर पुल बनाने का काम जल्द शुरू होने की उम्मीद है। हूडा के उच्च अधिकारियों ने पुलों का निर्माण करने की मंजूरी दे दी है।
इसके बाद हूडा अधिकारियों ने यूपी सिंचाई विभाग के अधिकारियों को इसकी जानकारी दे दी है। साथ ही, कहा है कि पुल का काम शुरू करने के बाद सिंचाई विभाग को काम पर हर महीने होने वाले खर्च का ब्यौरा देना होगा, जिसके बाद खर्च के हिसाब से पैसा दिया जाता रहेगा।

गौरतलब है कि फरीदाबाद और ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद को जोड़ने के लिए आगरा और गुड़गांव नहर पर 4 पुलों का निर्माण किया जाना है। गुड़गांव नहर पर हरियाणा सिंचाई विभाग और आगरा नहर पर यूपी सिंचाई विभाग को पुल बनाना है। दोनों विभागों ने पुलों के निर्माण में आने वाले लागत का ब्यौरा हूडा को सौंप दिया था। अब आगरा नहर पर पुल बनाने की मंजूरी इस सप्ताह उच्च अधिकारियों से मिल गई है। इसके बाद हूडा अधिकारियों ने यूपी के अधिकारियों से पुलों का निर्माण कार्य शुरू करने के लिए बोल दिया है। हूडा अधिकारियों के मुताबिक, यूपी के अधिकारियों से बोला गया है कि वे पुल के निर्माण में होने वाले खर्च का ब्यौरा हर महीने हूडा को देंगे, जिसके बाद पैसा जारी कर दिया जाएगा।

हूडा एसई एल. के. आहूजा ने बताया कि यूपी सिंचाई विभाग के अधिकारी पुल निर्माण का खर्च हर महीने हूडा अधिकारियों को सौंपेंगे, जिसके बाद फंड जारी कर दिया जाएगा। इस पर यूपी सिंचाई विभाग के अधिकारियों ने सहमति जता दी है।

Thanks for your efforts, but since this is Huda, so can not take this news as relief note, they are very well versed to extend 1 month deadline to 10 yrs or more...

You can see the truth in so called Huda "Master Road", it's progress, its completion and its quality (claimed at par with Highway standard as per Huda)...How much complete it is...

Anyways, let see how many years to start the work for these bridges on Ground and not on papers only..

Hi Piyush Ji,

I do agree with you that development work across Greater Faridabad is moving at snail speed and I also waiting for work to start on all pending works.

I had discussion with one of officer-HUDA in CHD and he told that FBD HUDA and Chief Administrator had meeting on 12th Jul under the chairmanship of Financial Commissioner and Principal Secretary and major discussion point was only Gr FBD development work.

Actually problem with Faridabad is that none of HUDA administrator is staying for longer duration and in last 02 years all officers has been transferred be it HUDA administrator or Executive Engineers.

Now, all officers are new in the FBD-HUDA and they are not well versed with geographical locations and problems of that area, till the time they start understanding that area they got transfer.

Also, I had discussion about the Bridges and road which need to be built on UP irrigation dept starting from Sec 86-87 dividing (Modern DPS ) to Sec 87 outer periphery is also cleared by Head office –HUDA.

HUDA officer told me that they are not allocating any money to UP irrigation dept initially and they asked UP irrigation dept to start the work and HUDA will disburse the payment on monthly basis after completion of scheduled work on monthly basis against the payment slips.

About the Master roads, earlier tender was issued for approx 30KM, now same company is carrying all master road work and out of total 49KM only pending road is about 3KM which is yet to be acquired (pending due to some Court Stay or litigation). Yes, it has been delayed and progress is very slow compared to last year when it was started..

Problem is with Sewerage line laying company..they are very very slow and hampering the Road work as sewerage line need road cutting and Road contractor waiting for Sewerage work completion to avoid road repair work after that.

Road from BPTP Bridge to Omaxe Hts and then to Sec 86-87 is cleared and would be completed within next 3 ~4 months. This road will benefit following projects : Omaxe hts, Ozone park, Uppals jade, SRS pearl residency, SRS residency, Princess park, SRS Pearl Floors, Piyush hts, RPS Savana and BPTP Villas.

All development work across Faridabad lacks the focus from Local administration and political leaders, don’t know when they will start thinking about the welfare of common/middle class peoples.

In current scenario there is only two types of peoples..one is Rich and other is poor…No existence for middle class peoples… just look at any of the Govt announced policies..it either benefit Rich peoples or poor peoples. No policies for middle class peoples.

So, we need to be very active and focused for our rights and always keep fighting for unjustice.

Do you know the meaning of HUDA and Sarkar. Sarkar means jo sarak-2 kar chale. Yeh sarkati bhi jab hai jab ise koi dhakka mare. So friends be ready for one another protest and it should be a regular feature. HUDA officers are saying they will give money after spending by U. P. Irrigation Department on monthly basis. Do you think that UP Irrigation Department will spent money on Development work in Haryana from his own pocket. NO, Never. As per RTI received by some GFWA member HUDA has 5000 Crores as EDC money balance upto 31.3.2013 which is yet to be spent on EDC work in addition to EDC amount Rs.350 crores pending with builders. HUDA officers are earning interest on the EDC money approximately 10-15 crores every month on the deposits. Can they not give one months interest to UP Irrigation for start of bridge work.

Yes I also agree that we now need a very strong protest and highlight this issue otherwise this big money will go into congressi pockets and will be used for the State Elections in 2014.
