HT Estates Coverage on Common Areas case between DLF vs Silver Oaks Association and Haryana Govt. Nexus

Hindustan Times Estates today (20-Jul-13) has given a full blown coverage to case between DLF vs Silver Oaks Residents Association. Silver Oaks Association had won in High Court on legal rights conferred by Haryana Apartment Ownership Act, 1983 (post11184.html). Case is now stated for final hearing in Supreme Court on July 23. GFWA had met Association president almost 3 years back and he had given very useful insights. Minutes of meeting here (post1031.html). This Supreme Court judgment will have impact on all residential projects developed by colonizers in Haryana.
