Registration charges : BSP+CarParking+PLC= 5% of the total cost, approx 2200 PSF X 5% is the registration
Increase in total area for Tower T-8, Approx 40 Sqft hence the additional charges of 1700 X 40 will be coming
140 RS PSQFT for Fire fighting and other charges = total 1303+40=(1343X140) extra
Penalties to be paid to RPS by the buyer- in actals with 18% interest
Penalties by builder : 5 Rs PSQFT for 1303 for approx 3 years, because the possession was support to offer by 2010, the month yet to be clarified.
This is the situation and all people part of SAVANA project especially in the possession offering towers needs to evaluate things in place and further need to plan this accordingly. As per the builder with in this week will reach the letters with calculation details.
Please share the RWA details as well and let us be active for our rights and interest to be protected.

1.88 lacs for Fire Fighting and charges of a flat seems to be quite an exorbitant amount....
