Thanks Ajay. Actually booking was started in Neharpar in the year 2005 by the builders and agreement was executed in the year 2008 with the condition that possession will be given within 36 months of approval of building plan. Most of the builders preferred the compounding of construction instead of approving the same before start of construction to avoid the penality clause. If any body obtain RTI from STP, Faridabad on the below given points then truth will come.
1. When this builder was granted licence ?
2. When this builder submitted his building plan for approval ?
3. Whether the sanctioning of building plan was delayed due to departmental procedure or delayed due to non removal of objections raised by the department on time by the builders.
