As per RPS Brochure "any increase/decrease up to 10% in area will not be charged or refunded"

I thing they are saying about Ground Floor personal lawn & Terrace Area beyond balcony area not about super area.

Please scan the page where mentioned the increase/decrease in area by 10% will not be charged/refund to client.
but actually the practice by mostly real -estate company is that the increase/decrease in area by 5 Sq. Ft. will not be charged/refund .
