As per National building code 2005 and can't be charged separately. Any group housing society should be well lit, electricity is basic necessity, can builder handover apartment without electricity panels and internal distribution lines
2. Super Builtup area actual and current increase: Super area doesn't exist, its gross coverage area is clearly mentioned in the license or building plans. Get a copy of that. How can are be increased at the time of possession? License was approved long back, and buildings are completed, its nothing but one of the most convenient method to extract money.
3. The cost validation and calculation for the same: Every builder has to submit cost calculations for the GH because on that labour cess is to be paid hence you can ask DTP throught RTI for the same
4. Create group with details of members tower wise, and for immediate action T5 and T8 - raise the request. Rest of the people will wait and we receive the repose for T8,T5 we will jointly plan as RWA - Savana and will address this with builder
5. Real estate regulatory - contact details and we need to put his across to RERA: Current laws can be used till the time we have RERB. Even with the bill road will not be smooth, one will to fight with the builder.
