EEC/FFC charges for most of the projects are Rs 40/- per sq ft.
For maintenance, though RPS claims Jones Lang Lasalle(JLL) is the maintenance agency, they are not sharing the agreement between JJL and RPS (though contract is done on consumers behalf and consumer will pay the bills) only because they have awarded maintenance contract to a company 'Claireheights' (we need to check who owns this company), who may have further engaged JJL for maintenance so the company in between would be making money just for doing nothing. RPS is not disclosing any maintenance rate but verbally maintains it as "between Rs 2.50 to 2.75", which is too high. FYI, monthly per sq ft maintenance rates in Neharpar area are:
Omaxe heights -- Rs 1.85
BPTP Princess Park -- Rs 2.15
Ozone Park -- Rs 2.00
SRS residency -- Rs 1.61 (proposed 1.90)
Uppal Jade -- Rs 2.70 (for initial 3 months, subject to review after 3 months).
