Fourth bridge over Agra Canal to come up soon

The construction work will begin in 15 days.

Decks have been cleared for the construction of the fourth bridge over Agra Canal to link Faridabad with Greater Faridabad. The irrigation department has opened the tender for the work worth Rs 6.25 crore.

The Haryana irrigation department is constructing four bridges to provide a link between Faridabad and Greater Faridabad. While the bridge is being constructed by the irrigation department, the cost of construction is being borne by HUDA.

The irrigation department executive engineer, Sandeep Taneja said the tender for the fourth bridge was opened on September 30.

"It will be a six-lane bridge. The construction work for the bridge will begin in another 15 days. The project is to be completed in nine months," he said.

Taneja justified the necessity of having a six-lane bridge keeping in view future requirement. "The area across the Agra Canal is coming up in a big way. Thousands of families are going to live there. Hence the requirement of a six-lane bridge," he said.

Taneja said work on the bridge near the road dividing Sectors 3 and 8 is in progress and almost half of the work is over.

The construction work on another bridge near the road dividing Sectors 14 and 17 has also started and piling is being done.

"The bridges will improve the connectivity between Faridabad and Greater Faridabad. As the Metro rail service in Faridabad will run along the DelhiMathura Road, the residents of Greater Faridabad will also be able to use the Metro rail," said NK Singh, a resident of Mawai.

ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद और फरीदाबाद की कनेक्टिविटी के लिए आगरा नहर पर एक साथ शुरू हुआ 4 पुलों का काम

लंबे इंतजार के बाद अब ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद को फरीदाबाद से जोड़ने के लिए आगरा नहर पर भी पुलों का निर्माण शुरू हो गया है। अभी तक केवल गुड़गांव नहर पर ही दो पुलों का निर्माण शुरू हुआ था, लेकिन अब आगरा नहर पर बनने वाले 4 पुलों का निर्माण कार्य शुरू कर दिया है। पुलों का निर्माण करने वाली कंपनी के अधिकारियों के अनुसार एक साल में चारों पुलों का निर्माण कार्य पूरा कर दिया जाएगा। इन पुलों के बनने के बाद ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद के 15 सेक्टरों की कनेक्टिविटी फरीदाबाद में बाईपास रोड से हो जाएगी।
बनने हैं चार पुल : फरीदाबाद और ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद को कनेक्ट करने के लिए गुड़गांव और आगरा नहर पर चार पुलों का निर्माण किया जाना हैं। आगरा नहर पर यूपी सिंचाई विभाग और गुड़गांव नहर पर हरियाणा सिंचाई विभाग पुलों का निर्माण करेगा। पुलों की लागत का भुगतान हूडा को करना है। अभी तक गुड़गांव नहर पर दो पुलों का निर्माण शुरू हो चुका है। पिछले दिनों आगरा नहर पर बनने वाले पुलों के एस्टिमेट को मंजूरी मिलने के बाद आगरा नहर पर भी चारों पुलों का निर्माण शुरू कर दिया गया है। चारों पुलों के निर्माण पर लगभग 37 करोड़ रुपये खर्च होंगे। सभी पुल 6 लेन के होंगे, जिनकी चौड़ी 45 मीटर होगी।
कहां बन रहे हैं पुल : पहला पुल ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद के सेक्टर-74/75 के डिवाइडिंग रोड को फरीदाबाद के सेक्टर-3/8 के डिवाइडिंग रोड के पास कनेक्ट करेगा। दूसरा पुल ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद के सेक्टर-81/86 के डिवइडिंग रोड को फरीदाबाद के सेक्टर-14/7 के डिवाइडिंग रोड के पास कनेक्ट करेगा। तीसरा पुल ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद के सेक्टर-86/87 के डिवाइडिंग रोड को फरीदाबाद के सेक्टर-17/18 के डिवाइडिंग रोड से कनेक्ट करेगा। वहीं चौथा पुल ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद के सेक्टर-89 के आउटर रोड को फरीदाबाद के सेक्टर-19/29 के डिवाइडिंग रोड से कनेक्ट करेगा।
एक साल में बनेंगे पुल : पुलों के निर्माण के लिए फिलहाल आगरा नहर का पानी रोक दिया गया है। एक महीने तक नहर का पानी रोके रखने की बात कही जा रही है। इस दौरान पुलों के लिए पाइलिंग और पिलर का निर्माण पूरा कर लिया जाएगा और उसके बाद ऊपरी हिस्से में पुलों का निर्माण होता रहेगा। फिलहाल वहां पर मिट्टी डालने, खुदाई करने और लेबर के ठहरने की व्यवस्था की जा रही है। अधिकारियों के अनुसार एक साल में पुलों का निर्माण कार्य पूरा कर लिया जाएगा। पुलों के साथ ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद के मास्टर रोड को कनेक्ट करने के लिए अप्रोच रोड भी बनाई जाएंगी। पुलों का निर्माण होने के बाद ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद के 15 सेक्टर और दर्जनों गांव सीधे फरीदाबाद से कनेक्ट हो जाएंगे।
फंड की कमी से हुई देर : पुल का निर्माण करने वाली कंस्ट्रक्शन कंपनी के अधिकारी यू . एस . मिश्रा का कहना है कि अभी तक हूडा की तरफ से हमें केवल 2 करोड़ रुपये मिले हैं। इसलिए काम लगभग 15 दिन की देरी से शुरू हो पाया है। पैसा मिलते ही काम में तेजी लाई जाएगी। पुलों के साथ रोड का निर्माण कार्य भी शुरू कर दिया जा एगा।

एनबीटी न्यूज ॥ फरीदाबाद : ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद को फरीदाबाद से जोड़ने के लिए जहां आगरा नहर पर चारों पुलों का निर्माण शुरू कर दिया गया है। वहीं गुड़गांव नहर पर अभी दो पुलों का निर्माण कार्य ही शुरू हो पाया है। अधिकारियों के अनुसार बाकी बचे दो पुलों का निर्माण भी जल्द ही शुरू कर दिया जाएगा।
फरीदाबाद और ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद को जोड़ने के लिए दोनों नहरों पर एक साथ पुल बनना बहुत जरूरी है। गुड़गांव नहर पर बनने वाले पुलों की अप्रोच रोड बाईपास रोड से कनेक्ट होगी और पुल का एक हिस्सा आगरा नहर पर बनने वाले पुल से कनेक्ट होगा। आगरा नहर पर बनने वाले पुल की अप्रोच रोड मास्टर रोड से कनेक्ट होगी। इस तरह से दोनों नहरों पर पुल बनने और दोनों तरफ अप्रोच रोड बनने के बाद बाईपास रोड मास्टर रोड से कनेक्ट हो पाएगा। आगरा नहर पर चारों पुलों के निर्माण की प्रक्रिया शुरू हो गई है। लेकिन गुड़गांव नहर पर केवल सेक्टर 3-8 की डिवाइडिंग रोड के पास और सेक्टर 14-17 की डिवाइडिंग रोड के पास ही पुलों का निर्माण शुरू हो पाया है। बाकी दोनों पुलों के लिए हरियाणा सिंचाई विभाग ने टेंडर की प्रक्रिया पूरी कर ली है। इस महीने के अंत तक बाकी दोनों पुलों का काम शुरू करने की बात कही जा रही है।
सिंचाई विभाग के ईएक्सईएन संदीप तनेजा के अनुसार सेक्टर 3-8 की डिवाइडिंग रोड पर बनने वाले पुल का लगभग 45 प्रतिशत काम पूरा कर लिया गया है। जबकि सेक्टर 14-17 की डिवाइडिंग रोड के साथ बनने वाले पुल के लिए पाइलिंग का काम शुरू कर दिया गया है। बाकी दोनों पुलों के लिए इसी महीने के अंत तक काम शुरू कर दिया जाएगा।

सेक्टर 14-17 की डिवाइडिंग रोड को ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद के सेक्टर 81-86 की डिवाइडिंग रोड से जोड़ने वाले पुल के रास्ते में बाधाएं खड़ी हो गई हैं। फरीदाबाद में जहां अवैध निर्माण पुलों के अप्रोच रोड में बाधा बनेंगे, वहीं ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद में बिजली का बड़ा टावर अप्रोच रोड के रास्ते में समस्या खड़ी कर रहा है। हूडा ने हरियाणा बिजली प्रसारण निगम के अधिकारियों को इस टावर को दूसरी तरफ शिफ्ट करने के लिए कहा है।
गौरतलब है कि ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद को फरीदाबाद से जोड़ने के लिए आगरा और गुड़गांव नहर पर चार पुलों का निर्माण किया जा रहा है। एक पुल फरीदाबाद के सेक्टर 14-17 की डिवाइडिंग रोड से ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद के सेक्टर 81- 86 की डिवाइडिंग रोड के पास कनेक्ट होगा। पुल को मास्टर रोड व बाईपास रोड से जोड़ने वाली अप्रोच रोड के रास्ते में बाधाएं आ रही हैं। फरीदाबाद में जहां अवैध निर्माण अप्रोच रोड के रास्ते बाधा बनेंगी। वहीं ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद में बिजली का एक बड़ा टावर बाधा बना हुआ है। हूडा अधिकारियों के अनुसार सेक्टर 81-86 के पास बनने वाले पुल की अप्रोच रोड के रास्ते में हरियाणा बिजली प्रसारण निगम का एक बड़ा टावर बाधा बना हुआ है। बिजली निगम के अधिकारियों को इस टावर को शिफ्ट करने के लिए कहा गया है।

ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद और फरीदाबाद को जोड़ने के लिए आगरा नहर पर बनाए जा रहे पुलों के फाउंडेशन बनाने का काम कंस्ट्रक्शन कंपनी ने शुरू कर दिया है। अधिकारियों के अनुसार एक साल में पुलों का निर्माण पूरा कर लिया जाएगा।
ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद और फरीदाबाद को जोड़ने के लिए आगरा और गुड़गांव नहर पर 4 पुलों का निर्माण किया जा रहा है। आगरा नहर पर चारों पुलों का निर्माण शुरू किया जा चुका है। गुड़गांव नहर पर अभी दो ही पुलों का निर्माण शुरू किया गया है। गुड़गांव नहर पर एक पुल पर गार्डर रखने का काम हो रहा है, इस पुल का लगभग 47 प्रतिशत काम पूरा हो चुका है। दूसरे पुल के लिए पाइलिंग का काम हो रहा है। लगभग 7 पॉइंट्स पर पाइलिंग का काम हो चुका है। इसके साथ ही आगरा नहर पर पुलों के लिए पाइलिंग कर फाउंडेशन बनाने का काम कंस्ट्रक्शन कंपनी ने शुरू कर दिया गया है। अभी तक इन पुलों की जगह पर मिट्टी डालने और जमीन को समतल करने का काम ही किया जा रहा था। अब पाइलिंग कर फाउंडेशन बनाने और उनके ऊपर पिलर खड़े करने की तैयारियां शुरू हो गई हैं। हूडा ईएक्सईएन राजीव शर्मा ने बताया कि यूपी सिंचाई विभाग ने तेजी से पुलों का निर्माण शुरू कर दिया है। फिलहाल पाइलिंग करने और फाउंडेशन बनाने की तैयारियां की जा रही हैं। एक साल में सभी पुलों का निर्माण पूरा कर लिया जाएगा।

ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद को फरीदाबाद से जोड़ने के लिए गुड़गांव नहर पर बनने वाले पहले पुल का स्वरूप नजर आने लगा है। पुल का गार्डर डालने का काम पूरा किया जा चुका है। अब जल्द ही इस पर स्लैब डालने का काम भी शुरू कर दिया जाएगा, जिसके बाद अप्रोच रोड आदि डिवेलप की जाएंगी।
फरीदाबाद को ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद से जोड़ने के लिए आगरा और गुड़गांव नहर पर 4 पुलों का निर्माण किया जा रहा है। सबसे पहले सेक्टर-3 और 8 की डिवाइडिंग रोड के पास गुड़गांव नहर पर पुल बनाने का काम शुरू किया गया था। लगभग 5 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से बन रहे इस सिक्स लेन पुल का निर्माण कार्य नवंबर 2012 में शुरू किया गया था। शुरुआत में एक साल में काम पूरा करने की बात कही जा रही थी, लेकिन कुछ कारणों से अभी तक काम पूरा नहीं हो पाया है। अधिकारियों के अनुसार पुल पर 8 गार्डर रखे जाने थे, जिनका काम पूरा किया जा चुका है। अब गार्डर के ऊपर स्लैब डालने का काम शुरू किया जाएगा। अगले 2 महीनों में स्लैब डाल दी जाएंगी। उसके बाद पुल को फिनिशिंग टच दिया जाएगा और अप्रोच रोड बनाने का काम किया जाएगा। अप्रोच रोड पुल को बाईपास रोड से जोड़ने का काम करेगी। सिंचाई विभाग के ईएक्सईएन संदीप तनेजा का कहना है कि सेक्टर-3 और 8 की डिवाइडिंग रोड के पास गुड़गांव नहर पर पुल बनाने का काम तेजी से चल रहा है। गार्डर रखे जा चुके हैं और जल्द ही स्लैब डालने का काम शुरू कर दिया जाएगा।

Despite repeated assurance of Executive Engineer, Irrigation, Faridabad work on Gurgaon Canal at Sector 17-18 Dividing road and 18-29 Dividing have not yet started whereas work on Agra Canal on these two bridges have been completed 40-50 % . When the work on Gurgaon Canal will start no-body knows. Some says the contractor is relative of some big politician, hence till now no action has been initiated against him. Any body can explain what is the matter and when the work will start ? If this is not started within 1-2 months than after code of conduct no new work will be started and this bridge will be a dream for all of us.

ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद को फरीदाबाद से कनेक्ट करने के लिए आगरा नहर पर बनने वाले पुलों का निर्माण कार्य काफी तेजी से चल रहा है। अभी तक पुलों का लगभग 40 प्रतिशत निर्माण कार्य पूरा किया जा चुका है। निर्माण कंपनी के अधिकारियों का कहना है कि अगले तीन महीने में पुलों का निर्माण कार्य पूरा कर लिया जाएगा। फिलहाल कुएं बनाने का काम पूरा कर लिया गया है और अब गार्डर रखने का काम शुरू कर दिया जाएगा।
फरीदाबाद से ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद को कनेक्ट करने के लिए आगरा और गुड़गांव नहर पर चार पुलों का निर्माण किया जा रहा है। आगरा नहर पर यूपी सिंचाई विभाग का अधिकार है। इसलिए इस नहर पर यूपी सिंचाई विभाग द्वारा पुलों का निर्माण किया जा रहा है। पुलों के निर्माण में आने वाली लागत का भुगतान हूडा कर रहा है। चारों पुल सिक्स लेन होंगे और इनके निर्माण में लगभग 42 करोड़ रुपये खर्च किए जा रहे हैं। यूपी सिंचाई विभाग ने पिछले दिनों में पुलों का निर्माण कार्य शुरू कर दिया था। पुलों का काम पूरा करने के लिए एक साल की समय सीमा तय की थी, लेकिन निर्माण कंपनी का कहना है कि समय से पहले पुलों का निर्माण पूरा कर लेंगे। अधिकारियों के अनुसार पुलों के आगरा नहर पर बन रहे सभी पुलों के लिए निचले स्तर का काम पूरा कर लिया गया। पुलों के लिए कुएं तैयार कर लिए गए हैं। कुओं की फिलिंग का काम भी पूरा किया जा चुका है। अगले एक दो दिनों में पुलों के लिए बनाए गए कुओं के ऊपर कैप लगा कर गार्डर बनाने का काम शुरू कर दिया जाएगा। पुलों के साथ ही उनकी अप्रोच रोड बनाने का काम करने की बात अधिकारियों द्वारा कही जा रही है।
पुलों का निर्माण कर रही कंपनी के अधिकारी यू. एस. मिश्रा ने बताया कि पुलों का लगभग 40 प्रतिशत काम पूरा कर लिया जाएगा। हम समय से पहले पुलों का काम पूरा कर लेंगे। जिस तरह से फिलहाल काम किया जा रहा है, उम्मीद है कि अगले तीन महीने में पुलों का निर्माण कार्य पूरा कर लिया जाए।

Right ! Agra Canals bridges completion will have no meaning unless Gurgaon canals bridges are finished. Uttar Pradesh is showing his positive attitude towards development even for work outside its territory but Haryana is sleeping

Friends I would like to inform all the members that some development which are going on in Greater Faridabad are due to struggle of Greater Faridabad Welfare Association and pressure from Hon"ble High Ccourt. Now GFWA is not taking that interest which was taken by it during the year 2011-12 the reasons may be non cooperation of members, hence all the development works are going on snail pace. By this speed all the development work will take atleast 10-20 years. By then Master Plan of 2031 will come into force and HUDA will be busy in implementing the Master Plan of 2031 and will forget the Master Plan of 1991. In addition to above some builders of Gurgaon are trying their best to stop the development work in Greater Faridabad on one or another pretext because if Greater Faridabad is developed then rates of property in Gurgaon will come down 30-40% down. This is the reasons that till now bridge on Gurgaon Canal have not yet started and will not start during the next 2-3 months. After Febuary-March, there will be code of conduct and no new work can be started. I would request all the Greater Faridabad Welfare Association members to think on it . Call a meeting of all the Welfare Association working in Greater Faridabad and decide the further course of action- i.e another protest. By the notice of protest work will start within a week it is sure.
