This shows the standards that the officers apply looking at the Power and clout of the Builder.

Thanks, Dr. Naveen and Shri Desh Deepak Vij for sharing letters. Please note STP letter is marked to "Greater Faridbad Welfare Association". So, as a GFWA member, you are free to use this letter. Also, please note DTP was not taking action in Piyush case also. It was only when pressurized by Deputy Commissioner (DC), Faridabad and SDM, Faridabad, DTP issued a showcause notice to Piyush Group. I think BPTP Park Floors buyers should build pressure through DC, SDM and CP, Faridabad.

IS BPTP got OC certificates for Park Floor 1.
IF yes ,Is registry started for same.
Is it possible to hold payment for maintenance charges without interested if registry not done or pay quarterly basis
Whats premium for BPTP park Floor 1,Third floor unit
Is any one take any action for FITOUT demand.

BPTP has done Registry of few flats in PF in Sector 76, without having OC & without valid license. Which is illegal and Buyers who are doing registry are knowingly/unknowingly becoming part to crime that BPTP is doing.

BPTP had mentioned some number of possession given for Park Floors 1 and 2 in their recent newsletter.
But as per last update, the OC was yet to be received.
How can BPTP handover the aprt w/o OC and registry?

Is anyone aware of the latest happening on this front?

Its been a while now and I hope BPTP might have taken steps to renew the license for Park Floors 1 and 2 and also obtained OC for possession handover.

एक संवाददाता॥ सेक्टर-12 : इस्माइलपुर गांव स्थित पंचशील कॉलोनी सेक्टर-91 के सैकड़ों लोगों ने जिला नगर योजना अधिकारी के खिलाफ नारेबाजी की और डीसी को ज्ञापन भी सौंपा। लोगों ने ज्ञापन के माध्यम से डीटीपी पर आरोप लगाया कि उनकी वैध कॉलोनी में बेवजह तोड़फोड़ की गई है। पंचशील कॉलोनी में रहने वाले कमल चक्र, मीणा लामा, गीता, विद्यानंद मिश्रा ने बताया कि सेक्टर-91 में लगभग 5 हजार लोग पिछले 6 सालों से रह रहे है। ये जमीन डीलरों से ली गई है, जिसकी रजिस्ट्री भी हो चुकी है। पिछले साल 4 अक्टूबर को जिला नगर योजना अधिकारी ने कुछ लोगों को नोटिस जारी किया था, जिसमें सुप्रीम कोर्ट के एक निर्णय का हवाला देकर अवैध निर्माण को तुरंत प्रभाव से हटाने के लिए कहा गया था। सुप्रीम कोर्ट का आदेश दुर्गा बिल्डर के खिलाफ था। उन्हांेने बताया कि यहां के लोगों ने दुर्गा बिल्डर से कोई जमीन नहीं खरीदी है। उन्होंने कहा कि 27 दिसंबर 2013 को जिला नगर योजना अधिकारी रेनुका चौधरी इस्माइलपुर , पंचशील कॉलोनी में आई और बिना बताए ही मकानों में तोड़फोड़ करने लग गई। लोगों ने आरोप लगाया कि उन्होंने बिना नोटिस दिए लोगों को घरों से निकाल दिया। इसी को लेकर सेक्टर-12 स्थित जिला प्रशासन पर लोगों ने गुरुवार को नारेबाजी की और जिला नगर योजना अधिकारी के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की मांग की।

Hi , no activity from BPTP park floors II owners .. does anyone know about the status of licence renewal?

BPTP kept saying that by jan end they should sort it out...

does anyone have a clue .. OC will come post that.

Meanwhile the builder is piling on delayed payment interest since i have refused to pay for fitouts..

it is a pathetic state of affairs.
